I reverently purchased a car from Catalina. Seemingly great process, they kept in communication regarding when the car was ready for collection. Very warming and welcoming assistant (John) highly recommend :)

Michael at Catalina of Stanningley was delightful as always. This is the second car I have purchased from this garage, and with good reason. They are incredibly friendly, approachable and there is no pressure placed on the customer, even for their additional services.

Hannah with the aftersales team was also fantastic, agreeing to sort out a couple of gremlins with the car I purchased that came up in the days following the purchase! Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car in the Leeds/Bradford area.

Easy process, very easy to arrange all the necessary documents and be able to drive the new car same day.

Beautiful car and great buyers experience.
The car was 99% perfect but required a small push to get it to 100% of which the Catalina after care team were unbelievably quick, accommodating and friendly about resolving.
From my initial conversation with Michael, my collection (from 3.5hours away) with John and then Hannah in the after care department, the whole ordeal was an absolute pleasure.
Me and the wife have already decided that our second cars upgrade will also be through Catalina.
Fantastic 11/10 service.

Purchased a Mercerdes CLA but had a slight issue with the DPF. Living on the outskirts of Bolton going back to Stanningley was a bit of a trek so they kindly agreed for me to take the car to a trusted local garage and they sorted the issue with my local garage. The car is perfect now and extremely impressed with the aftersales service provided. Couldn't recommend Catalina of Stanningley enough. Will definitely be going back in the future.

AVOID! I would seriously re consider when buying a car from this dealership, IV owned this car 3 months and it's been back to them 3 times! The car is very jerky/juddery suspected transmission problems and the track rod ends are knackered! The first time it went back to them they had told me the gearbox had been re learnt and no longer jerking! Car came back the exact same the second garage it went to found the knock and said it needed a D joint and said they wanted to take it to mercedes to diagnose the gearbox, this garage then continued to cancel appointments. They then sent it to another garage who said there's nothing wrong with the car because there's no fault codes as fault codes do not appear untill something fails And no issue has been rectified they have not even offered to fix the problem if any failure happens. The car was so over due on services they had not even offered to rectifie! Within the 3 months of me owning this car I have had to change tyres, all disks and pads, a full major service, and transmission service, and now the track rod ends and what ever it is going to cost me sending it to mercedes to see what's wrong with the transmission costing £1000+ seriously keep your money and go ELSEWHERE

Appalling service. This company sells dud vehicles and warranties which are not worth the paper they’re printed on !!
Clutch went after only 3000 miles from purchase. They didn’t want to know !!

Steve and John couldn't have been more helpful when I enquired about a BMW X3. The car is in great shape, and all the info about it was accurate. I wouldn't give 5 stars if I wasn't happy, especially as I travelled from Colchester to collect the car.

Steve was very nice to deal with; very helpful and polite. The test drive went well so I has no problem sorting out the purchase with a decent part-ex on my pickup. Would have no problem recommending Catalina

EDIT: this car has several issues, the sunroof does not work, the roof blind fell out and is useless now and the boot has water in it so I guess the sunroof probably leaks as well. Im sure they'd say they didnt know but I'm sure they would have noticed at least a couple of these things. You can't check everything on a test drive so feel pretty p#ssed off now. Oh and the car still shows as untaxed after a week of reassurances that it waa being sorted.

There was absolutely no pressure at any point – no hard selling, no pushy tactics, and not even any of the usual “you’ll miss out if you don’t decide now” fear-of-loss lines. Just honest answers and the space to look around and think properly. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. I felt comfortable making my decision and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car purchase.
