Poor Quality
Bought 2x wall lanterns in January 2023
However, I only had them fitted 6 weeks ago and lights are already deteriorating and are visibly rusty. I did email to complain and customer service stated that the lanterns are for indoor use and the deterioration was because I live by the coast? I do not live in a coastal area. When I searched Outdoor Wall Lights to purchase them on the Castlegate site they are what came up in the listing however this has since been changed. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend or use this site again!
Wish I could include photos to prove how awful they look!

The light fitting seems to be of good quality
The light fitting seems to be of good quality, however, I am disappointed that the colour of the metal decorations on the light are not even close to their advertised description or the example colour! Thankfully, my husband is very good at mixing paint colours and will be able to correct it. Which is not what we expected to have to do, considering the light was so expensive!
One good thing was that the light was very well packed and delivered with care!
