Order placed on 5th September for an "In stock" item.
Chased on 14th to be told "we are waiting for stock to arrive from the supplier which is due in 15th September"
On 16th Sept I followed up as their website stated the item was "in stock and would be delivered in 1/2 working days."
On the 18th I was told that their supplier had run out of stock, but stock was expected on 27th September.
I cancelled my order.
Appalling service.

Order was despatched next day, was well packed and 24 hour delivery. Very pleased with lamp. Would not hesitate to order again

Lights ordered arrived as promised

I ordered a plastic globe outside light to replace an existing broken one.
It blended well with my other two metal lights, despite being bigger. However it looked a bit better than them and changing the bulb was very much easier. I was so impressed that I ordered two more and replaced all three lights.
The deliveries were quick and well packed.
Placing the lights was easy for me and required no electrician, though a power drill is necessary to drill holes for the screws for outside wall fitting. (In my case a stone wall).
I am very happy with my purchases.

We received our light very quickly unfortunately it was not right for our room. The refund process was very efficient

Order placed for external LED light. Process to purchase was easy and delivery was the following day (ahead of schedule).
Light not fitted yet so unable to fully rate the quality of the light but superfucially it looks well made and robust.

I am delighted with my tiffany style table lamp from Castlegate Lights, which arrived quickly and safely wrapped. Altogether a good experience.

Very disappointed, dissatisfied with the customer service they have provided through the phone. Clearly they don’t want to sort problems caused by their delivery company called APC. Please if you want your product, DONOT purchase their products as they use a currier company that can’t deliver.
Eileen (sales assistant) was not helpful either. Her attitude was like “so what do you want me to do?!”, obviously she didn’t listen to me. I would not deal with this company again. Very bad customer experience. The products are great 👍🏻, it’s a shame.

Phone help wonderful and very pleased with the lights .
Only negative was that I asked for the lights to be held back until back from my holiday. They arrived on my doorstep and I had to contact my neighbour to collect them.
