Great service fast cash easy application

Rude and so unprofessional my niece applied for a loan with them she provided absolutely everything they asked for and then when they were taking a ridiculously long time to get back to her to complete the application and she asked why she was still waiting as it had been longer than a week then all of a sudden she got a rejection email...this was clearly done out of spite. They then ignored all of her emails and still refuse to respind to her. Completely unprofessional, no inclusive at all as they claim to be and they should be ashamed of themselves for telling someone their application has been accepted and then just because they are slack and get called out in turn reject the loan. DO NOT USE CASHTRAIN and by the way Cashtrain she is a professional reviewer and has millionsof views so I am encouraging her to write one as well.

There should be a 0 star option for this company. Absolutely appalling and of no help or compassion at all. Nothing but lies and false hope. Just another company advertising what you want to see and hear to make you think they will help you only to decline. People applying are aware of a blemished credit report and generally apply if affordable and yet they feel the need and that it’s necessary to throw it back in their faces. Unfortunately we are unable to help as a responsible lender. More like yay another one we get to decline. Decline this 🖕🏼

Please everyone, really do your research and really look into a company/business before you apply. I wish I had, now still in a pickle for upcoming registration. 😭

They do NOT loan to people with bad credit nor do they loan to people on Centrelink. They are advertising false advertisement as they declined me for being on Centrelink.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with. After providing every document they requested, I’ve been stuck going back and forth with the same repetitive emails. It’s been over two weeks and still no clear answer or progress. Extremely frustrating, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Waste of time don't bother I'm nearly 60 on disability and in government housing I get over 1100 a fortnight can well afford it they didn't even ring me or ask if I missed something in my application or there's something wrong somewhere else I need 500 only for dental work I'm in pain they don't care no customer service whatsoever

I think Cash Train are terrible with their customer service. Multiple documents requests, 7 day processing time and they shouldn’t be allowed to operate as they prey on Centrelink clients.
I think P2P lenders are the way to go. One company only charges a flat 5% fee and they are much, MUCH cheaper than traditional payday lenders. Cash Train only got 2 stars for a reason!!!!

Honestly don't understand the reviews here as I've used these guys half a dozen times and each time they have helped me immensely.

The longest wait for approval ive had is 2 days. Usually same day for me.
