They'll contact you and tell you you're behind in a repayment, but when you check your bank account, you'll see that the repayment is missing from your bank account. They are definitely trying to steal money from people. This has acured multiple times.

Unfortunately Credit 24 is AGEIST....does not lend to anyone over 70 years old, even if their credit record is peerless. Only good thing to say: the Estonian woman I spoke to was very courteous & her English was excellent.

Poor response times/hard to contact/unauthorised DD
Very hard to get responses from them if you have a problem, response times are terrible. Multiple attempts on settling/payout account and still no joy. Unauthorised DD that has overdrawn my account! Not happy! Interest rate exorbitant.

Glad for the approval
It was great that despite my apprehension that I was approved for more than I had asked for. The interest rate is around 47% but it is worth it, being able to borrow money when it looks challenging.

Poor experience
Was repedititve questioning that was already stated and and given in the first intial application. Spent all day back and forth answering and explaining the same stuff over again like a dog chasing its tail. Asking personal transactions that i made to my family memebers that arent an ongoing thing which i also have never experenced in any of my previous lenders i have been through. But also was never communicated and i had to reach out why in the end i didnt meet citeria for them to lend me. Communication was lost and just had a really poor experience. Will not go back.
