The case is not good. the case applies pressure on the buttons due to which they keep getting pressed automatically. I reached out to customer support who said they could not help because I did not reach out within 48 hours. I did not reach out in 48 hours, because some times cases can take a little time to adjust to the phone correctly, but apparently this is the wrong thing to do.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product & Zero Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Casence. I received my order 2 days ago, and the product does not match what was advertised. The product listing claimed the phone case comes with aluminum side buttons, but the case I received has only ordinary plastic buttons. This is misleading and not what I paid for.
Immediately after receiving the product, I contacted Casence through email and requested either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund, as per their own replacement/refund policy.
It has now been 2 days, and despite sending 5 reminder emails, I have not received a single meaningful response. No acknowledgment, no resolution, and no customer support.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. A company that makes attractive marketing claims but fails to deliver the advertised product and then ignores customer complaints is highly unprofessional.
At this point, I don't want excuses—I simply want my full refund processed immediately.
I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and verify everything before purchasing from Casence. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately, Casence has failed on both fronts. # order Id is #332177

Extremely disappointed with this service! My order #330219 has still not been delivered. The delivery agent keeps disconnecting my calls instead of delivering the package, and my delivery was rescheduled without my permission.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will never order from this company again.
Customers deserve better. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its service.

I ordered one cover, one screen guard. They made me fool by just sending the cover. No option of returning or contacting the customer care.

Very comfortable to hold and doesn't make the phone feel bulky. Highly recommended product and freebies are also of good quality.

Worst customer service ever. First of all, they have no option to cancel an order on their website. I immediately contacted them after placing the order by mistake to have it cancelled. Then I sent them two more messages, but they didn’t respond.

The order eventually got delivered as it was collected by someone else on my behalf, and it has now been more than 3 months and 6+ emails of chasing them to get my refund. They finally called me after 96 days to discuss the issue, only to tell me they wouldn’t provide any refund. When I insisted that they still hadn’t resolved my issue and had been dragging this on for the last three months, they again said they would apparently talk to their team. When I questioned about how they still couldn’t provide any resolution despite
3+ months, they suddenly hung up the call without even listening.

Good product, but pathetic customer service. This was my second order from them, and I had personally recommended their products to friends and family. But customer service like this is enough to drive customers away.

The mobile case is not well built. It is full hard plastic material for which it does not turn yellow. Other brand hard plastic cases has some cuts so that it can be taken off from the phone easily. But this casense case having no cut in the cover has injured my thumb while I tried to take off it. It is nearly impossible to remove the case once it is put.
Also the have Very poor customer service. The return process is very cumbersome. You have to arrange your own courier shipment with your own money. They don't even have their own courier facility for returns.
I just suggest don't buy from this website. You'll get even better mobile case at your locality or in Amazon Flipkart and also with greater customer service.

Don't trust it's scam I ordered many product I only recieved the case and because it was damaged in delievery I could give it back and quality of the case is also very cheap

Urgent: Strict Action Required for Delayed Order Delivery

I am extremely disappointed with your service. My order has still not been delivered even after 4 days of delay. I have already waited patiently, but there has been no proper update or response from your side.

Delivered wrong size items and not accepting for exchange.
I have ordered s24+ screen guard and they have delivered s25+.
As per casense "Please check there's very slight difference." Why should I adjust for it?

Very disappointing experience with Casence. The product received was different from what was clearly mentioned during ordering, and customer support keeps delaying proper resolution. Customers are even asked to bear return charges for issues caused by misleading product details from the company side. Please verify everything carefully before ordering.

This is a scam company, Even their email id shop at casence.in is fake which is the only email-id they have provided to process return.

Quality is not up to the mark, especially the edges are not raised and can damage screen on direct impact.

Try sending email to this email-id before buying.
Also You will have to pay for expenses of return process, which is not even possible as their email is also not working.

Using since 3 months still looks new better than any other brand as they have strong magnets plus aluminium buttons i rs.599 with tempered glass cable protector and stickypod which I think in market costs more than 300 so deal os very good

if u want to cry after buy, go for it
