My order received but it was not working headset with microsd slot it totally waste

Fake site Fake customer support.
I have ordered 3 tshirts from this site. They have cancelled it saying "as per your request"
And now I can't reach out to customer support as given number on website is fake.

i ordered a t shirtfrom this site with a gpay coupon the t shirt was cancelled by them and theamount was not even refunded , there is no response from the costumer care either , scammers will always exist but giants like google supporting these scams is the real problem

I ordered the 26g High Protein Oats Bestseller Combo (3kg) along with Creamy 100% Unsweetened Peanut Butter (400g). However, I received only the Creamy 100% Unsweetened Peanut Butter (400g) in the delivery.

The 26g High Protein Oats Bestseller Combo (3kg) item from my order is missing. And they do not even respond to me or try to solve this problem.

I made a payment but received a third-class quality product. There is no customer support response and no refund process at all. This has been a very bad experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.

Fraud company , delivered broken product now no response no refund.

How Gpay allow these fraud companies to do marketing.

Upon emailing to support at zop dot in, the issue was resolved and I have received my order. However, I wish Zop would have proactively ensured delivery of prepaid order.

1. Pickup Scheduled
2. Pickup Reassigned
3. Not Picked
Everyday same 3 status. DO NOT ORDER.

Didn't deliver the product and worst customer support and no refund received.Dont order from zop,It's a scam

Many platforms like Google pay and CRED are promoting SCAMs and Fraud merchant sites like Zop through it's reward points program. Never place any order using reward points and coupons as they will never deliver product or refund your money and pathetic customer service at CRED or Google pay will tell contact merchant but there will no reply from merchant. So best is never to use CRED or Google pay or atleast never order using their reward coupons.

I ordered a wireless charger from zop.in, and after receiving it, I found that it does not work at all. The product quality is extremely poor. It feels like a ₹150 product being sold for ₹1999.
There is no proper return option available, no customer support, and no one to address the issue. I tried contacting their customer care, but there was absolutely no response from their side.
I received a coupon for this purchase through Google Pay, but the overall experience has been very disappointing and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend that no one buy products from this website. It was a very bad experience.

I ordered product from zop.in most of their products are poor in quality.

They don't have customer care number neither they respond to mails or what's app messages. guys they are fraud ..their model support dealers who want to sell their faulty product hence dealers gave them full rating on other side customer ratings are extremely poor . there is no customer care. be aware and cautious

I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but Zop has pissed me off so badly that I have no choice. This company is an absolute disgrace. I paid for my order 10 damn days ago, and guess what? Still no delivery. Not a single update, not even a fake excuse. Their so-called customer service is dead — no replies to emails, no one answers the phone, no chat support. It’s like they took my money and disappeared.
The response times are pathetic, the delivery is delayed beyond reason, and the silence from their end is infuriating. Honestly, it feels like they’re running a scam. If you’re going to take people’s money, at least have the decency to deliver the product or respond when customers reach out.
Zop has wasted my time, stolen my money, and left me hanging. This is hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had online. Save yourself the headache and avoid this trash company.
Verdict: Zop is unreliable, unprofessional, and shady as hell. Don’t trust them with a single rupee.

While you receive rewards on GOOGLE Pay and you proceed to redeem and buy products making online payment from this site zop.in but you receive nothing, then you try to make contact by fake number that they provided. Big legi mate SCAM so they, pls stay away.

I placed an order for chocolates on zop.in after receiving a reward directly through Google Pay, which led me to believe the site was trustworthy. Trusting that Google Pay would not promote rewards for fraudulent websites, I used the discounted coupon to place the order. For over two weeks, the shipment status showed as delayed and is now marked as cancelled. The support contact number listed on the website does not exist, and although WhatsApp messages are being read, there has been no response. Initially, they claimed the order would be delivered this week, but after I shared a screenshot showing the cancellation on the tracking site, they stopped responding entirely. Based on this experience and additional complaints I’ve since come across, I strongly doubt that I will receive either the product or a refund.

I order tshirts from this site and not yet received it's been 15 days every day it shows delayed and sometimes shows cancelled by merchant didn't get any refund or any product it's a scam site don't buy from them .
