Excellent customer service. We fell in love with some beautiful tiles in the U.K. that were from Italy. The U.K. prices were very expensive, so I contacted Casa 39 and Stefano was a great help and provided sound advice. Casa 39 prices were really good and we would have ordered the tiles from here had it not been for the added tariffs and insured shipping costs to the U.K. which unfortunately only made the price a few hundred GBPs cheaper than buying directly in the U.K.i was impressed at Stefano’s quick responses and professional and friendly care.

We ordered these beautiful tiles (Mirage Elysian Gold Catalan Brushed 80x80 cm) from Casa39 for our new home in the Netherlands. We were a bit skeptical at first because the tiles cost about 90 euro per m2 around here and we were already so happy to find them in Germany for half of that. And than we googled for more pics of the tiles and stumbled upon Casa39 where the same tiles costed only 35 euro per m2 or less and were delivered to our doorstep for free. We almost couldn’t believe this was real because the difference with the price in our home country is so huge. But we emailed with Christina and received very quick and kind replies so we decided to just take the risk and order from Italy. After that everything went flawless. Because the construction of our house was delayed we had to delay the shipment a few times. But Casa39 took care of it all and answered all our emails very fast.
After shipping we received updates about the shipment and delivery and we received the tiles in perfect condition. We are really amazed by the company and the tiles are really awesome and beautiful and impeccable quality! We hope to live in our home for a very long time but if we would ever need new flooring again we would definitely order from Casa39 again!

CASA39 was the only place I could find the wood-effect tiles I wanted from La Fabbrica Ava, at quick lead times and at an extremely good price. The customer service was extremely helpful, promptly reacting to my asks and being supportive throughout the order process and the international delivery from Italy. The order arrived unscathed at my premises very quickly.
