My partner ordered 3 pairs of trainers nearly 2 weeks ago.
Unable to track order, unable to contact anyone!!
Do not buy from this site/seller!!! 😡🤬

I ordered a dress and no one is replying. When I gave them my order number its says it does not exist. Hope this is not a scam. Can someone please reply to my messages. I want to know where my parcel is.

I placed an order and it was supposedly shipped but lost. They reshipped it but I have yet to get a new tracking number and no one will respond to me anymore. These were shoes for my daughter to start school and they never made it. I have not received a refund either. I need someone to contact me about the shoes.

Still waiting for my 2 pairs of trainers to arrive, been in transit for days now, can't seem to get any info of where my "trackable" parcel is on the live chat as it takes hours for them to reply, just clicked on tracking number & saw a "flash sales" thing in corner of screen which makes me think this is a scam & my parcel will never arrive, not happy!! *update after reply, order was actually made on 7 Aug not 13th, with free 5-9days delivery, you had the opportunity to prove you were a real company & potentially put a smile on my sons face as these are for his birthday but the fact that you have cancelled the order confirms this is a scam!!!

This company’s website states they are based in the UK, but their products ships from Guangzhou China! Be ware and steer clear of them as it is very likely they are selling dups/fakes at a cheaper price!

Well in reply to the seller’s comment, the shoes are definitely fake as they are made in Putian, Fujian province, a world famous fake shoe-making city. How did I know? There are shipping stickers on the packaging hidden beneath the sticky tapes but they are still legible which clearly shows they were shipped from Putian. Again please steer away from this dodge seller with UK based contact.
