The delivery took longer than I anticipated, and tracking was a bit confusing. However, when the shoes arrived, they were exactly what I ordered. Good quality but could improve on shipping times.

J'ai effectué une commande de basket Nike p6000 pour la rentrée de mon fils et toujours rien. Bien sûr, le prélèvement sur mon compte c'est fait dès le lendemain. Je souhaite le remboursement de 93€ sinon je serai dans l'obligation de déposer plainte contre votre société qui, au vu des commentaires d'autrui, c'est bien un site d'arnaque.

Authentic shoes, but shipping was slower than expected.

I ordered Nike trainers on August 9 2024
They arrived 28 August 2024
I was so pleased they had finally arrived. Only to find they had sent me a size too small. Incorrect size from what I ordered
I got in touch on their website to ask for return instructions and full refund.
It is now end of day September 2 2024. NOTHING!
I've had one reply to say they are "reviewing" my return??!!
What is to review.?? They sent me the wrong size.!!
Therefore their fault
I love the trainers but they're too small for me!
Therefore they are no use to me.
I sincerely hope Caravan Mart redeem themselves.
I feel like I've been scammed or conned
Sadly I'm Bitterly disappointed with everything with this company. I suspect I've been scammed

for 80 e I got horrible fake shoes. I can't return them. No one has replied to me for over a week. Money thrown in the trash. I do not recommend.

FAKE TRAINERS - Do not buy from this site! When you place your order you will see they are being shipped from China. After 3 weeks I received the trainers and they are such poor quality and obviously counterfeit. I'm trying to get a refund now and they are only offering store credit. I'm now going to have to initiate a charge back on my credit card. This whole business is a scam do not waste your time and money!

Ce site est du pur arnaque, j’ai passé une commande depuis le 2 août, jusqu’à présent il estt toujours en cours d’expédition ce sont des voleurs malhonnêtes cachés quelques parts pour arnaquer des gens, il faut porter plainte.

Untrustworthy. Do not buy from Carvan Mart. They sell fake items. They dont answer their email, so you cant get refunds or exchanges.
Reviews on the website are pre-canned and fabricated. Their social media pages have minimal likes followers. The followers/friends are people that build the site.
Avoid this site. Kicking myself I didn't check this site further before ordering. Lesson learnt!
Hey Carvan mart, before you respond to this review here on Trust Pilot, how about you just answer the 4 unaswered emails I'hve already sent to contact @carvanmart.com? Awaiting your reply for a refund for the fake Nike Pegasus 41's you sent me.

I received my order last Wednesday and the trainers were far too big. I emailed them that day to request a return and received an automated messaged that it was being reviewed. 8 days later I have still not heard back despite me sending numerous chasing emails. I am now stuck with a pair of trainers I have spent £68 that can’t be worn which were a gift for my daughter’s birthday

Ordered a pair of Nike sneakers and was a little skeptical because of the low price. But I'm happy to report that they are 100% authentic. Shipping took a bit longer, but the quality is great and worth the wait.

They clearly send fake shoes directly from China. Don't tell me otherwise, I found the originals in the meantime and could compare! Sure there might be people who don't care and just enjoy paying less - it's still so obvious when you take a closer look! Different material and slightly different colours and other labels attached to it. Such a scam...
