Ordered Adidas trainers, and they arrived in great condition. The shipping was slower than expected, but the shoes are genuine. I appreciate the updates from customer service.

J’ai commander le 14/08 des Jordan 4 le numéro de commande et 83004. J ai envoyer un mail aucune réponse le colis et toujours en transit depuis le 15/08 on ai le 27/08 aucune réponse…si je reçois pas le colis je souhaite être remboursé quand même…

Les articles sont a des prix extremement bas. Pas de preuve que ce sont des articles authentique avec de faux avis.
Exemple : des sambas qui coutent a l'origine entre 90 et 120€ , y sont a 70€ sur leur site.
Dans leur politique il y a egalement marqué qu'ils declinent les responsabilité si nous ne recevons pas notre colis , site a fuir

While the product was excellent, the package arrived with slight damage. However, Carvan Mart’s response was prompt and they offered a discount on my next purchase as compensation.

The delivery took longer than expected, but the shoes are exactly what I ordered. Authentic and in great condition. The customer service was responsive.......

Not impressed have ordered football boots, website clearly says 5-9 days delivery time. We are now nearly 3 weeks in and tracking says in transit! Contacted to be continually told they are on route, now they are apparently lost, I have asked for a refund but need to wait for my delivery to arrive apparently....if it every does! Stay clear...should have did my homework more
before placing an order.

Ordered a pair of Nike Air Max, and while the delivery took longer than the stated 5-9 days, the shoes arrived in perfect condition. Authentic product, and I appreciate the team's efforts to keep me informed.

Awful company!

Purchased a pair of trainers they took 20 days to arrive, and did not reply to any of my emails.

When they arrived not only were they 100% fake trainers they were also damaged.

I have contacted for a full refund but have not heard anything back.

Do not use this company!

Ordered Nike Pegasus 41 running shoes over 3 weeks ago and they never arrived. Have contacted them numerous times and my emails have been ignored. Quite clearly a scam website that either send you fake products or send you nothing at all.

Sent wrong item and it was very late. Constant run around on return process. Wasn’t able to return.

They even replied on here saying I missed the window to return which is not true (I can publish my chat and email history with them). Just ridiculous

Scammers. The goods never come.

Like what the recent reviews have said, do not use this website. I ordered a pair of Nike Pegasus 41's and fakes came nearly 3 weeks after the order. It is so obviously fake as you can tell from the quality. I doubt their refund policy even works and they'll probably ignore your emails. I'm going to try to contact the bank and request a chargeback directly.

J ai eu une confirmation de commande, l argent a bien été retiré mais depuis plus rien. Pas de réponse au tchat que je fais, mes mails reviennent en échec. Aucun changement sur mon statut de ma commande. Je m inquiète….
Je souhaite annuler ma commande.

I ordered a pair of crocs on the 9th August with a stated 4 - 8 days delivery. 11 days on and no delivery. Updates on the tracking via the carvanmart website state it is 'in transit' on the 14th August.
Tried contacting them via email, response was it was awaiting collection by the logistics company.
No reply to a follow up email.
Emailed again today. Await a reply.

I have been waiting for 2+ weeks for my order. No response when I ask for an update despite follow ups. Do not use this company.
