Significant hidden damage
Brought a vehicle the end of Jan 26, Start of June 26 I took the vehicle for a minor scratch repair in which the independent garage identified that the vehicle had significant damage repair. I notified Carsa customer care immediately which it took them 2 weeks to reply back to me and then advised as it was in my possession for over 6 months (which it wasn’t - this was only 4months after purchase) that there was no proof that it hasn’t happened within my time of owning the vehicle, after they confirmed a HPI check came back clear!! I was told when I purchased the vehicle that they are ex - lease vehicles (so a claim on insurance wouldn’t necessarily show on a hpi check). If you decide to get a car from them - be sure that there isn’t any hidden damage.. as they will not take ANY responsibility!!!!

I had a bit of a long wait due to issues with the finance, but the team were absolutely amazing! Anton, Rosie and Kevin were all so helpful and friendly! They did everything they could to get me going as quick as they could and always kept checking in which I think is lovely! 10/10 service!!

Awful
Awful. Took a car out for a test drive. Liked it. Called the next day to discuss buying it. I was promised a call back ....
24 hours later they called back and would not discuss options for buying. Ever since then I have been hounded and harassed with WhatsApp messages, emails, phone calls all stating I have booked another test drive, or a collection of the car. Neither of which are true.
If you are reading this Carsa, I have *NOT* booked a test drive, and I have *NOT* booked a collection.
Your communication is now harassment, please cease with immediate effect
