Excellent Range of Quality Vinyls.
Carpet Warehouse has an excellent selection of good quality vinyls at extremely competitive prices. Delivery was achieved within four working days and the product arrived in good condition. As the delivery was to a second floor flat, I had arranged a two man delivery. However, although two delivery men arrived, one did not lift and I carried the vinyl up to the flat assisted by the other delivery man. I did think that was all rather odd.

A total shambles of an experience!
The worst experience we've had with online shopping for a long time. The product they delivered was damaged, however we only discovered this about a week later, as the house is currently a building site and we were not in a position to open it immediately. We were told that any problems have to be reported within 2 days, otherwise they won't do anything to make it right. As far as I'm aware this completely goes against the Costumer Rights Act 2015.
They did finally agree to send out a replacement product, but the communication around this was poor, including receiving an email the night before at 10.50pm to ask us to return the original. Their delivery company then attempted to collect the item 4 times without delivering a replacement, and then when they finally bought the replacement, they tried to refuse the collection as it hadn't been wrapped in its original packaging (CW knew this was the case from the beginning).
An absolute shambles all around. Much time and brainspace wasted in dealing with CW, SGK (their courier) and driving to and from our vacant building site. Very unimpressed and will completely avoid for any future purchases!

Great company cheap flooring and good quality but found delivery men quite rude, they delivered the vinyl and forgot to give me the door bars and came back in and was demanding to see the second parcel n was looking around my house for it after me telling him he didn’t give me it, he then realised he never took it out the van. Other than that the flooring is great

They used a terrible delivery company…
They used a terrible delivery company that wants to deliver before the warehouse opens or after everyone leaves. I have requested they deliver during work hours 3x times now - still waiting for the order 2 weeks now - delivery company is SGK distribution
