Sales staff knowledgeable and courteous. assited in choosing a carpet that would suit our household. Gave an in person measure and quote, rather than an estimate based on floorplan. Installers efficient, tidy and courteous. They finished the job in two days: 4 bedrooms, a sitting room and stairway. Installers were flexible in allowing rooms to be completed in away that minimised the need to move furniture out of the house.
After sales service provided a prompt response to our enquiry, with a suitable solution.

Where do i start i brought a stick vacuum on line i am not a member for click and collect. Two days later i heard nothing about when i could collect it. I rang the shop who knew nothing about it only that a vacuum came to there store but with no name on it. I went and collected that one i have still not received a receipt for warranty purposes if i need. Most dissappointing in there service

Front of house sales were helpful and efficient (if a bit annoyingly pushy by one staff member) I received the product I ordered but the after sales service was appallingly slack. The wrong dates were sent to me for the carpet laying and I had to query it to confirm the correct date. I was told I would receive assistance to move the furniture once it was inspected by the staff member who took the order and gave me the quote. After paying the initial deposit I had to pay up front before the job was done. The carpet layers were not monitored and one of them unilaterally decided not to come and left the work and the furniture to be moved by only one person. He was unable to do this alone and had to work out how to lay the carpet himself. It took him over 5 hours for a one hour job and he didn't do it very well either. Also I found his drink bottle tossed out of the car and into my garden. Collected other rubbish as well. I don't blame the workman. He did his best under difficult circumstances for probably less than the basic wage if he was on a set price as it took so long. I suggest the company reviews its protocols, monitors its staff and contractors and delivers the service it promises instead of the total debacle I experienced. I won't be recommending Carpet Call to anyone.

Fast , efficient. Good customer service - they contacted me by phone to confirm delivery instructions. Arrived well packed, and waterproof.
Rug was better than expected. Good quality ‘Afghan’ for a study. Unusual pattern. No flaws.

Placed order - didn't get all items delivered tried with over 20 emails and 10 calls no replies or answers and no products don't waste time buying from here they don't deliver and don't care about customer service

---edit post carpet.call reply. Only bother to contact when a customer does what they say they're going to do and leave a bad review.... Hmmm they didn't care when they were told in the phone and in writing. Seriously 😳😳😳😳

Easy ordering system, low postage. Vacuum is perfect for small jobs.

Absolutely worst experience waited three days for carpet to be laid they had mis-measured rooms no communication were meant to return next day to fix but did not.. third day install finally finished and I can finally put my house back together! would not recommend to anyone if you want efficiency and communication go through someone else

Absolutely disgraceful service from Carpet Call. I ordered a simple purchase - stick vacuum cleaner, which in turn took 2 weeks to collect.

Had called your customer service team several times to follow up ending with the same response, "I'll follow up and call you back!" Again on Monday 13th I called the store to which the store manager had said it would be available within the hour.

Never again will I shop at Carpet Call and I most definitely will not be recommending your brand.

Boyd and his team at Carpet Call Ipswich went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot praise them highly enough. After a disastrous renovation job Boyd provided excellent customer service, providing me with options and keeping me updated along the way. The carpet looks and feels amazing.

Zero customer service from Carpet Call Rockingham when trying to get assistance for the poor carpet installation. Just a shocking disinterest from them in helping to rectify the issues, returning emails or phone calls.

Ahmed came out to our house to quote carpet for our upstairs and stairs. He was super friendly, fun to work with and knowledgeable about his trade. He worked hard to listen to what we wanted and suggested some great options to fit our budget. He put the order through smoothly and has followed up personally since.

Max and Mia were great! They went out of their way to make things work, and were extremely polite in all their dealings with me. I am pleased with the finished result of the floorboards that they installed in my unit.

Very easy to deal with, service was good and I didn't have to wait long for the delivery of my rug. I'm happy with everything over all.
