We recently bought a rug at the Perth Home Show. Due to the demand over the weekend, there was a delay in delivering our rug. However Ahmed kept us informed all the way and eventually went above and beyond to personally deliver our rug in his private car after hours. Well done Ahmed and Thank You for your great customer service.

Terms and conditions mentioned for curtains and shutters are just to protect them .
Read each and every terms and condition , do not trust there words .. be ready to have lot of patience to wait for shutters to get installed … at least 4-5 months … because they are made in China and Chinese companies dont supply them before 4-5 months … read each and every terms and conditions pls … I made a mistake you don’t make it.

Ordered curtains/blinds for 3 spaces in January. Come June (2 months past their eta) and the NSW blind manager hadn’t even ordered them. Now he claims that there are only 2 spaces ordered on the invoice. I requested a refund of my deposit as I am entitled to, and have heard nothing but crickets in the week since. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

We had an excellent experience in the purchase of a Persian style rug from Kumar Sandeep at Carpet Call Capalaba. He was extremely helpful in advising us on rug type and colour. He used A.I. to show how our rug would look in our lounge. In addition to his help we found the range and price of rugs very good.

I would not recommend Carpet Call Fyshwick based on my experience.
My insurer arranged for Carpet Call to complete flooring and skirting board installation works at my home in November 25 following significant sewage overflow damage, and I personally paid for flooring in two additional rooms at a cost of over $6,500.

Unfortunately, the overall experience became extremely stressful and disappointing.
On the day of installation, I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional $270 for furniture moving or the installers would not proceed with the work. I stayed for a short time initially as I had to work however I saw an installer using the affected toilet which I had warned them not to use as it could initiate another overflow. As we were not living at the house, I came back the next day to find cigarette butts all over my front lawn and pushed into my back deck along with discarded rubbish.

During the installation process, my dining table (purchased for $2,200 in 2024 and previously in excellent condition) was damaged after being moved by the installers. The damage included a split/detached leg as well as cracking to the tabletop.
In addition, I repeatedly raised concerns regarding the quality of the skirting board installation, including visible gaps, rough joins and poor finishing.
Over approximately 7 months I made numerous phone calls, texts and in-person visits attempting to resolve both the table damage and the workmanship concerns.

Initially, Carpet Call Fyshwick discussed repairs, compensation and skirting rectification works, including a proposed compensation offer of $500 and a scheduled repair date. However, after I continued raising concerns about the extent of the damage and workmanship issues, the agreed rectification works were later withdrawn, zero compensation was paid and the responsibility for the damage was disputed.

I found the overall handling of the matter disappointing due to the delays, lack of accountability and stress involved in trying to achieve a fair resolution. The company have now referred me to go through the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal and said they would answer any further questions which I did have, I texted them back with no response.

So after paying a total of $6,797.13, I have been left with a significantly damaged dining table, skirting boards with visible gaps, amateur joins and poor finishing, and no meaningful resolution or any compensation despite months of attempting to resolve the matter directly with Carpet Call Fyshwick.

This actually deserves zero stars only their contractors who were the installers get this star !!! They are faced with carpet call weekly doing this !! Do not go through them support better small local businesses that end up costing less (time and $)
I would strongly urge anyone with an older home and timber floors to think carefully before purchasing flooring through Carpet Call.
Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. A Carpet Call representative attended our home, measured the floors and recommended a hybrid vinyl flooring product which we were assured would be suitable for installation over our existing timber floors.
After organising removalists, taking time off work, preparing our home and temporarily moving out, the installers arrived only to advise that the product sold to us was not suitable for our floors and could not be installed. This issue should have been identified before the product was sold.
The installers themselves were excellent and genuinely felt sorry for our family. They explained that proper checks should have been completed before installation day.
Since then we have dealt with stock issues, multiple store visits, delays, having to source an alternative flooring solution, and repeated follow-up regarding our refund. Despite eventually approving a full refund, Carpet Call initially underpaid us, requiring yet another round of correspondence to recover the remaining funds.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. Not once has anyone acknowledged the significant disruption, stress and expense caused to our family.
If you have an older home or existing timber floors, I would strongly recommend obtaining independent advice and ensuring a proper assessment is carried out before committing to any flooring product. Our experience suggests that assumptions made during the sales process can result in significant inconvenience and cost for the customer.
We acted in good faith throughout the process and are extremely disappointed with how this matter was handled.

I selected a carpet from samples provided by Carpet Call Midland, only to discover after installation that it was not the carpet I had chosen. It appears the sample I selected from was outdated, yet the sample had not been removed from circulation.
The store manager Ainsteen, visited my home on my invitation and verbally acknowledged that the installed carpet was different from the sample from which I chose. Despite this, Carpet Call Midland have not stood by their obligations or Ainsteen, his promise to remedy the situation. There has been no effort to resolve the matter even after Consumer Protection became involved.

The company have refused conciliation and have offered no remedy, leaving me with no option but to pursue the matter through the Magistrates Court at further cost to me.

On point of principle and best practice I strongly encourage purchasing carpet from a reputable, honest company who demonstrate ethical business practice including customer satisfaction, fairness and accountability.

Very satisfied. This was the only place I could find a suitable rug in an uncommon size. Delivery was quick and easy.

I was recommended a nylon carpet easy to clean well wearing. How disappointed I am! It stains easily and it's not true that stains come out. We use a carpet cleaner good quality carpet shampoo . One year on and it looks awful. Never again.
