I dealt through Carpet Call, Artarmon. The service and assistance I received, in product selection, despite multiple delays that were not of their making, was very much appreciated.
The work itself, which involved removal of magnesite, floor levelling and installation of hybrid flooring , was excellent. Mia and Max worked tirelessly to produce a high quality result which I'm delighted with. They kept me aware of each step of a challenging process, and were a delight to work with.

After sales service is pathetic
After sales service is pathetic. We are still in the middle of installation. Originally it was booked for 13 July but in the morning, the installer reported sick and we got to know only when we called up couple of times to the sales individual. The installation was then rescheduled for 14th July, the installer was supposed to call for time that he wud be here but didn’t call. I again had to approach the sales guy to find what time the installer is coming. This is despite my informing the store that I wud not be available in the afternoon. Eventually they came after 11am but could not finish the job even by5pm and I missed my afternoon commitment. The installer promised the remaining job to finish today and wud be here first thing in the morning by 7am to which I agreed. The worst is that still it’s 10am and they have not yet turned up to finish the job despite my calling and messaging. It’s pathetic, there is no concept of after sales service with Carpet Call it seems. They just sell and leave the customer on installers mercy to do the job which is so unfair.
