Read the Terms and Conditions mentioned for curtains and shutters, don't let them flick past the T&C's and get you to sign .
Read each and every terms and condition , do not trust their words, as they said to us that they would hold a price provided we put a deposit down while we got other quotes, and 2 days later we tried to cancel, they then said it was outside of their timeframe when the salesperson told us we could cancel within 2 weeks with a full refund. Signed on a Saturday and tried to cancel on the following Tuesday
3 months later, and after going through consumer affairs, emails back and forth and instead of them letting it go, they denied us a refund. We told them we simply did not want them to do the job because of all the terrible reviews we came across.
We eventually got our refund less $1,500.00. They did not do a check measure, no materials were ordered and the lies and crap we got from Carpet call management, well lets say we dodged a bullet and it was worth the $1,500.00 not to get stuck with them doing the job. (You only have to read the reviews on blinds and shutters to understand) Don't make the mistake we made. MY ADVICE: STAY VERY CLEAR OF THEM.

Our carpet is faulty and is causing big…
Our carpet is faulty and is causing big waves . Mind you installation was 14 months ago .we have contacted them mulitple times. And they our doing everything not to uphold warranty as website states 10 years. The Carpet cost 20k. The worst customer service ever .Buyer beware

I purchased exactly what I was looking for and importantly, the Rug was in stock. (Other carpet retailers told me blue is not popular, most people were looking for cream or grey. Ripped off avoid at all cost
Had my floors laid at end of may hybrid hard floors and also carpet my entire house was done. From the moment the flooring installers come it was a drama they told me wasn’t correct floor for my house it would fail within months. I contacted store Penrith was assured they were incorrect….. 2.5 weeks ago I have realised the floor installers were correct my floor is already breaking!!! Over $8000 in floors ruined and I had to sign a waiver on day of install so they would lay them. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone AVOID at all costs. Go somewhere else where they will actually recommend the right floor for your house not just for the sale of their store

Challenging Hybrid Flooring Installation
We had a major renovation of our apartment involving new kitchen, new bathrooms and replacing all tiled and carpeted floors with hybrid flooring. The old floor was removed by jack hammer and then replaced with Coretec hybrid flooring after the kitchen and bathrooms were completed. This had its fair share of complications with a large amount of levelling required. Despite facing a few challenges, Max, Mia and Yasser worked very hard and were always focussed on achieving a high quality result with door trimming and new skirting board. The end result was great.

Great Installation
We had a great experience with the floor installers, Max, Mia and Yasar from ERM Flooring. Their level of care, customer service and craftsmanship is rarely found. I would highly recommend this team to my family and friends. I also found the salesman, Warick from Carpet Call customer service focussed and quite helpful when selecting materials. However, be aware regarding additional costs, time and possible additional accommodation if you are installing in a home filled with furniture. As well, levelling of floors is almost a given in Sydney, so be prepared. However, very happy with overall service and end result.
