Mooie foto's, maar lijkt niet op de verkochte producteb. Beroerde kwaliteit, maten kloppen niet. Ik moest 4x mailen voor ze wilden vertellen hoe geretourneerd kan worden, daarvoor krijg je oplopende korting aangeboden. Retourneren voor eigen kosten naar Albanië. Ik was positief verrastdat ik m'n geld terugkreeg, had verwacht daar nooit meer iets van terug te zien.

The item is made in China, tatty, not cashmere, no labels, unfinished seams
Complaints useless - probably AI generated responses
Given a return address in China with no pre-paid postage !!

But you can get a refund if you paid by credit card. I raised a dispute and was reimbursed within 3 days. I have also contacted Google and asked them to remove the company from their website - Please do the same

Sadly I am another person who has been duped by this company.
Order delivery delayed . Arrived today.
No labels in garment. No washing instructions. Definitely not cashmere and not soft.

The is the first time that I have been mis-sold something with no comeback.
It has taught me a lesson.
Will always check reviews prior to ordering from new companies.

I’ve had the same problem Maria! I’ve emailed and made contact so many times.
Of course they take money out immediately one orders it. I had to (three weeks later) inquire where my goods were. Eventually they arrived.
What absolute rubbish with one label on one which clearly states “polyester” and it was sold on their site as cashmere. Immediately I went into ‘Returns’ and what a complicated process! They need photos of good and proof of purchase before they can decide if returns will be accepted.
Like you I am about to contact The Consumer Council and have informed them so.
NOTE:When one goes to look at reviews of the item there are none.
It will state what customers say and they obviously include their own dishonest words.
NOTE:The company has the right to withhold comments.
This is such a rip off. I will continue to follow this up even though it is time consuming. However I will do my best to ensure others don’t get caught.

Check Trustpilot before making purchase online is the lesson I’ve taken from this.
Bought a Kayleigh “cashmere” sweater online got a polyester elastic-feel top in its place. No labels on it, not even washing instructions.
As others before me have done, contacted customer service and got the same offer to keep the rubbish top and get a voucher worth half the value of this monstrosity.
They are based in Sweden so not sure Trading Standards can do a thing.
Really bummed.
Apparently the cost of returning this to Sweden will be half the cost of the original delivery.
Rip off.

Yup, I've been stung too. Seriously, avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a jumper - product arrived that did not match the picture on the website- cheap tat, polyester. Emailed immediately to arrange a return. Was offered a discount on my next purchase (no chance!!!). Emailed to decline offer, then waited almost 2 weeks for reply- talk about running the clock down! This time I have to send a photo of the item and they will then decide if they will refund - but I will have to pay shipping to Sweden - despite a label with UK address on it. Lesson learned - by rights this is zero stars from me (had to put 1 to write this review . Awful company!

Bought leather orthopaedic mules that got here and smell like a mule. Wrong size, cheaply made, obviously stole photos from another site. Asked for refund, offered to keep them with half cost to spend more with them. Complaint to trading standards on way.

I have had the same experience as everyone else but I did get my money back. I raised a dispute with my credit company and within 3 days the money was reimbursed.

They sell very poor quality clothing that looks nothing like its picture and then do not allow you to return, which is your statutory right.

Do not buy from this company incase you need to return as they wont reply to yyou emails very disappointed will not recommend to anyone

Bad customer service do not use this company the worst ever , I,m fuming , ordered a jacket 45 quid on the 19th January, not realising the company was abroad until reading the reviews I also realised the jacket probably wouldn't fit so I e mailed straight away antold them I wanted to cancel they said I couldn't it was already on its way ,which then another e mail saying it would arrive 31st January today an it's still not arrived an another e mail off them saying its lost an am I at same address, told them to cancel order to be told once again I can't...

Customer services emailed me back initially but have since stopped returning my emails.

I ordered & paid £17.95 for ladies pants from Carro Moda on 17 January & I’m still waiting for them.

I ordered 'like cashmere' Got polyester. Very wide, very short jumper. Took a long tome to come from China. It will cost at least £15 to return it to Sweden! Scam company purporting to be a UK company. DO NOT ORDER FROM T THEM. CAVIAT EMPTOR

Order shoe boots on 29th December they took the money out of my account on the 30th December then nothing no tracking number just silence my bank have just refunded my money don’t order anything from this company

I will not bother repeating everything everyone else is saying. Just my word of warning, if you choose to buy from this company, be prepared to be very disappointed and out of pocket. The quality and service is awful. Refunds you have to pay for at a ridiculous cost due to posting to China.

Scammers they send bad quality when you send it back they dont give you back the money

My experience is exactly as everyone has described, stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed. They have nice pictures on their website of products that is not worth wasting your money on. The quality is shocking! Forget about doing a return they’ll never give you your money back and you pay the return cost back to china.

Ordered 2 cashmere sweaters, one polyester and spandex, the other no label at all, guessing polyester. Sizing totally erratic. I messaged to ask for refund, offer came back have 50% of next order. Don't want to order anything again as obviously the Company is breaking UK advertising standards. Have messaged again no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This review of 1 start is far too generous for this company don’t use them! Took 3 week for the item to arrive and then they don’t respond to Returns to delay refunds.
