The fabric was described as cotton but was cheap polyester. There were no fabric content labels on the garments; no label of where it was made. When it arrived I saw it was made in China. I requested a return and they responded quickly. I have to pay shipping cost. I would never buy from then again.

That is baloney. I was told to first, take 2 photos of the dress and send it for review. Then, I was told I could either keep the dress and get a 50% store credit OR pay to ship it back TO CHINA. NOT TO North Carolina, as the site discusses as their home. Terrible customer service

The item arrived in two weeks with no…
The item arrived in two weeks with no explanation, when it came the material was flimsy and the top was poorly made. There were no tags, no return address, and no explanation on how to return. On their webpage they they want you to send an email and a photo, after which they give you a form to fill out with your return, costs at your expense. You have to mail it to China at a cost of $22USD....and the top weighed just ounces it was so thin. It will take weeks probably to get there, and they will probably say it wasn't returned in time, so no refund. NO NOT SHOP THIS STORE!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are NOT located in IS. They purposely show American models and have a name that is misleading. The clothing you receive is NOT what is pictured. I ordered 2 “linen” items and received something plastic feeling polyester nonsense. I am trying to get a refund but as they are located in China, I can’t afford to ship back. This is a business built on deception and greed.

Beware of this FRAUD operation
I ordered a pair of Converse leather platform sneakers from their website. What showed up was not Converse brand but a cheap counterfeit, and was not leather but synthetic canvas poorly put together. I asked the company for a return and they asked me to send them photos of the shoes, which I did. They then sent a note saying that because my return is categorized as “customer change of mind” that I must pay for the return shipping to china and that I would get a partial credit. The shoes cost $64. Shipping to china would cost me $35. And I’d get a 50% refund of my $64. Outrageous! I sent my credit card company the pictures and the series of emails from the company and the credit card company fully refunded my $64. Stay as far away from this disgusting business as you can!
