I thought ok great this company seems legit...that was on 7/25/24, here it is 8/9/24 I have no product (which I paid for expedited delivery) and the company says my order was cancelled? Yet they still have some of my money, enough for my order of 3 foot wraps. I now cannot get a response through customer service!! or a final refund!! Purchased a Luna One Red Light $149.00. It is a fire hazard as not only is the mask continually warm- and never been charged. They will not respond to any emails. When attempting to phone after recording states to email them as customer service is limited in what they will do to help and disconnects the line. Six days ago, I (C. L.) added an update to my comment about Caresole and their Radiance One Handset device (order number 42582, placed on June 28).
As Trustpilot allowed me to do so, I gathered all information I had regarding my order and sent it to the company, but they hadn't written to me even after this.
I don't know what it takes to make them move. I wrote a long review about their customer service (what am I talking about, there is no such a thing...) on a facebook advertisement. Impossible to understand that a company can scam genuine people without being stopped by anyone... It is really a shame.
I did my homework, I tried to be polite and to cooperate via this site, but unfortunately nothing happened from their part (Caresole).
Next step: to send back the item and to ask my bank to cancel the fee on my credit card.
All of you who were scammed as well, please react. The more we are to make pressure on them, the stronger these cases will be. I hope that Truspilot will get noticed about the fraudulous processes of this business and it can do something about it :-(
Update on August 5: after speaking with someone in charge at my bank, he suggested me to notify Caresole that I will send back the product to the only address I have from them (the one which was on the shipping package). After I receive my proof of delivery, they will have one week to refund me. Otherwise, my bank will take this case in charge.
Update on August 6: I sent all info you asked, twice via this site, and 6 times by email. So I really don't understand why you keep insisting for getting things right, you don't even answer me. I gave you the chance to do something, you are not willing to resolve this issue. The device was sent back to your Ontario warehouse yesterday. The proof of delivery by Canada Post, plus all photos I took of the item and the packaging will be provided to my bank afterwards. This case will then be escaladed to their fraud office. I am sorry, but you must admit that I was forced to act due to your lack of doing something. I repeat myself, but you have all the info from me and still ignore my simple request. Thank you for understanding my point.

Alles ist schiefgelaufen. Wollte am nächsten Tag die Bestellung stornieren ( 30 Tage Rückgaberecht) Keine Antwort seitens des Verkäufers.

Paid $235 for a RF unit. It was never received and no response from the company. Buyer beware. Wish I'd read the reviews first. I saw the unit in Temu and was informed that the payment would appear as Caresol on my bank statement. It appeared on the above date but no unit has been received and 5 months have passed.

I had to call my credit card company Has taken the charge of my account because it was a fraudulent charge. When you try to get a hold of the company nobody answers by the phone but they send you useless emails. Then the supply they send me is all extra large.. That wasn't what I ordered... Verspätete Rückmeldung von Carsole, doch gab es eine Einigung.
Leider muste ich entdecken, dass diese Firma die Schuheinlagen überteuert verkaufen. Da diese auf diverse Plattformen günstiger angeboten werden. Die Firma reagiert überhaupt nicht auf E-Mails wegen der Rücksendung. Es steht 30 Tage Garantie, doch wie die vorgehensweise ist, kann nicht ersehen werden.
Hier ein Update: Nach nun 2 Wochen erhielt ich meine Antwort. Ihr Angebot war ernüchternt. Ich nahm vom Kaufpreis den Rabatt an, da die Rücksendekosten nach China teuer wären und ich so auch keine Geldleistung in vollem Umfang zurück erhalten würde. Die Rücksendung muss der Käufer tragen, bitte darauf achten.
Da auch bereits ca. 4 Wochen ergangen sind und ich einen der Schuheinlegesohlen ausgepackt und ausprobieren konnte, kann ich, nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung, eine Bewertung über diese Einlagen abgeben.
Ich trage diese Einlagen in meinen Hausschuhen. Schmerzen hatte ich am rechten Fuß, linke Seite und mittig zur Ferse hin. Mir ist jetzt erst aufgefallen, dass diese nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Ich kann nicht sagen was in diesem Bereich gewesen sein sollte, da ich mich nicht gestoßen hatte oder derartiges. Diese Schmerzen waren auf einmal da und bei einer falschen Belastung tat es weh. Wenn ich den Bereich abgetastet hatte, tat es auch weh. Diese Schmerzen begannen letztes Jahr im Oktober 23. Jetzt sind diese Schmerzen nicht mehr vorhanden.
Meine vorherigen immer mal wiederkehrenden Fersenschmerzen sind zur Zeit auch nicht mehr vorhanden. Diesebezüglich würde ich dann auch noch mal ein Update angeben, falls es Änderungen geben würde.

Waste of money/too expensive to return
There was no option to choose a size for these wraps. They sent L/XL. They are way too big. To get my money back I have to mail them to China which costs more than the return value of the product. Do NOT order from this company unless you want to just give them more money as I did.
The details as requested: I ordered TWO pairs of foot wraps. They are huge! I was instructed to return them to China if I want a refund. The USPS website gave me an estimate of $75 to mail them back. The company offered e a 30%refund. I am taking the 30% and resolving to be way more careful when I order anything after a slick marketing ad!!

The insoles I have in my current Red…
The insoles I have in my current Red Wing workboots don't offer enough support so I tried these Planter Pro and actually like putting them on TOP of my old insoles in the same shoe. Snugger fit in the boots is actually a plus so my feet don't wiggle throughout the day. Have noticed as well that my feet aren't as sore as they used to be by end of day.

Need to cancel order, have received zero help
My order total came out to way higher than I expected as I was checking out. I thought the offers I was receiving only applied to one single add-on. It totaled to $138.60 which is way too high, and immediately charged me before I could even realize. There was no checkout overview with my full total before proceeding. I am low income, just moved into my first apartment, and I do not feel financially comfortable enough to move forward with this order. I wish their website had an option to cancel an order. Nobody has responded to my emails, and I've tried calling their phone line 15 times but every single time, it'll automatically hang up after a few minutes. Given that I just submitted this order a few minutes ago, I'm sincerely hoping I can cancel. I should have read these reviews before purchasing. I am sincerely disappointed with Caresole's severe lack of customer service and predatory and pushy website format.

Bought a set of insoles and started to fall apart within 3 weeks. I contacted them about returning and refund, got the info I needed, mailed them, per their instructions, to postfalls Idaho of all places,now I got crickets. They won't reply to my emails or answer the phone.

Update...I eventually received a reply from Caresole telling me where to return it to and and they gave me a choice of keeping the item and 30% Refund or returning for a full refund. I returned it today which cost me £22 but I have made sure to take photos of everything. Paid through PayPal and have involved them too. I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. They are registered in USA but are in China!
Caresole are a scam. I bought a so called DR-06 RF Facial Beauty Machine and it arrived two weeks later and doesn't work at all. I can't turn it on and have tried leaving it to charge, trying different leads, but no it is no good. I emailed them over and over again but have heard nothing. DONT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY. Its not American!! Paypal are ignoring me too, so I've lost £130. Stupid me, I don't usually fall for these scams!! But the advertising was very good and looked realistic. DONT FALL FOR IT!!

I am very disappointed in this company! I purchased 3 pairs of Plantar Pro insoles. They are not supportive at all! No arch support. They are just like a thin insole you get when you buy shoes. Risk free return is false! They force the customer to return the package to China so it's too expensive or you can settle for a 30% refund and keep the insoles! Very shady scam! They make people believe they will be able to ship back within the USA. Shame on this company for charging over $25 per pair or more if you don't fall for the buy more and pay less scam! This is pure evil in their hearts, taking advantage of those who are in pain and desperate for relief! I checked with USPS to send back with a tracking number, which they require, and it was going to cost $68! So I told them how I felt in an email. Asked for the measly 30% refund and I still haven't received it! Liars!
