On July 28th I purchased a Plantar X Wrap for the knee and payed for it- order 50994. On August 2nd I received confirmation for the payment and was told that it was shipped to me- tracking number LZ041736832CN. While trying to track it I received massages in Japanese which I didn't understand, I emailed the support team and wasn't answered. Until today I didn't receive the purchase.
What shall I do now?
Please refund me or send to me my order!!!!

They eventually responded to my request to return the product. The product was not as advertised and very cheaply made. I ordered insoles due to plantar fascia and the product must be firm but it was very thin and it’s barely there heal cushion and zero arch support. They said they can issue me a refund but gave me an address in China! I did not realize where the product was shipping from and believe it was not obvious or disclosed. The 100% money back guarantee minus shipping is useless when to ship it back costs $40. They give a second option to refund 30% instead, which is also not ok due to the quality of the product being so cheap and nothing as advertised.

After this review they found me to pay back my money. Again was waizing 1 -2 moth .what is this game ,is it real company ????

They just keep giving us nice words, saying our order is coming soon and even show us a tracking number, but it's never gonna arrive.
I just realized it now when I saw so many people saying the same thing here.I'll never reciveing my order...

I received handset yesterday. Quite simply I cannot get any power from it!
The Radiance one facial handset.
5 modes but power only comes on for the last two modes. Really confusing method of using it! Short tap on power button to run through modes. But no power until third mode! I am so disappointed and they have not answered my email yet! Are they scam company????..

Have tried four other products, this is first one that resulted in some instant results for my plantar fasciitis. Thanks again!

I purchased a face mask from them on July 31st of which they charged my card but never delivered my order. They sent it around with a tracking number attached, never delivered it to me, and sent it back to themselves without notice to me. I have requested a refund in multiple emails but they refuse to respond. Order # 52140. Please process my refund asap. ADDED ON AUG 29 AFTER THEY REPLIED TO THIS REVIEW: all the information you need is in this review. You clearly just respond with some fluffy response to make it look like you are making it right but you do nothing to actually make it right like process the refund I have requested. You have my email from this review and could easily email me. You have the order number to pull up my order and process the refund but you still have done nothing. Do not buy from them! It’s a scam.

I received the product just today. My orthopedic doctor said I needed to have surgery. I have not opened the package. Please send me a return address to send the product.

After talking to the doctor, I have decided to use your product. It will be a while before my surgery. Thank you for responding.

On Aug 4, 2024 I purchased 2L/XL Circa Knee sleeves (order#53503)for $69.90! I haven’t rec’d a shipping no/date or a reply to my email I sent on Aug 16, requesting an update on the above! Today is Aug 27,2024 and I’m eighty yrs old and would appreciate a reply to my request; or, a refund of my $69.90! Any attention given this request would be appreciated! Carol Neely
8/31/24: I want to apologize to Caresole for my above review! I had waited an unforgivable length of time for the Circa braces; however when I was able to get to my mailbox later that day(Aug 4th); there were my packaged braces! They are exactly as advertised and help these 80 year old knees in getting up and ambulating a little further without intense pain! So again, I apologize for my scathing review and now submit a score of 4! Carol Neely

TRYING TO RETURN.
I ordered and received two of the circa knee sleeve. They are not supportive enough for me and I have been trying to contact the company to return them. I tried calling first (877-334-3354) and was disconnected. I have sent two emails since to the support contact with no reply. Today I decided to try calling again and was disconnected 5 times! Any suggestions as how to contact them for a return label or however they may handle their returns? Thanks!

I purchased for my husband who has problems with stiffness in one lef. He says it feels really good while on and flexibility isnt limited. I do believe with continued use it will help with his issues long term.

The Plantar X Wrap and socks came in a reasonable time. They do not work at all for me. I emailed Caresole but they have not responded to me. I need to return them as the company agreed to when I ordered them.

I tried to order a radiance one facial device and used my credit card for safety not my debit card. After putting all my details in from the card a message said do not honour.

A couple of days later three attempts were made to take out over 400 pounds on my card.

I know it must have Caresole because this card has not been used for months.

I have learnt my lesson to not go through anymore Facebook adverts however tempting they may sound.

They charged me for 2 items and sent 2 but I only ordered 1. Cannot reach them on the phone and no response through email. Scam!!!

Just as many of the other reviews state, no one is getting back to me. I ordered S/M ankle braces and socks. I got S/M sock but L/XL ankle braces. I am a small woman. The brace is huge on me. I called the number several times and hear a recording and then my call is dropped. I emailed several times over the past few days, and no one is responding. I don't think I should pay to ship them back, either, when it wasn't my mistake. I am so frustrated!!!!!

I purchased the Plantar X Wrap with 2 pairs of Compression Socks and 1 Extra Pair of Plantar X Wraps. I took them to my physician's office and he told me to not wear them. They are bad for plantar fasciitis. I have tried numerous times emailing the support “ team” with no response. I’ve tried many times calling the 800 number and there is a recording that tells you to wait on the line. You wait and wait and then it drops your call. I have also checked in my spam and junk folders and there is nothing there. I want to send these back and get a full refund but I get no response. I will be filing a complain with the BBB regarding this company.

Require return information. Product does not fit. You state a 90 full refund but all emails have not been returned
