Speedy delivery and great trousers for my 90 year old dad with Velcro opening.

The good have been delivered!!!!

I have ordered from care clothing before but this time it seemed much more difficult to get my order sent.

Order took a week to arrive,trousers were described as sand colour, more of a dark beige. Didn't understand why there was a zip fly that has been sewn up.

Exactly as described. They look like normal trousers. Ordered the lined ones - they are made from a heavier fabric and ideal for cold days.

I contacted Care Clothing to ascertain possible delivery date, they returned my call and marked my delivery as urgent.

The quality of the item ordered was very good. So much so that I have ordered another two pairs of trousers for my Husband. The order was delayed due to late delivery from the manufacturer an email to keep me updated would have been helpful. However, staff spoken to on the phone were helpful and polite.

The product was as said. The extra short trouser length is brilliant as this is rare to find and fitted my family member really well. Fully elasticated waist is helpful and a better alternative to jogging bottoms for a family member, who has dementia, and is struggling to manage buttons, zips and clasps.

Excellent service. I had ordered 3 different sizes of trousers for my brother in law. Brian telephoned me to give advice on the trousers and the pair I subsequently ordered were perfect.

Super thoughtful, personal and prompt service

I ordered trousers for my father for Christmas - they arrived in good time, but unfortunately didn’t fit. I returned them on 28th December (received by the company on 4th January), and it took me 2 e mails (neither of which were acknowledged at all), and 3 phone calls before I eventually received a refund on 31st January. Sadly, Brian, who answered the phone was, on occasions rather rude and somewhat patronising - during the 3rd phone call, he told me he didn’t understand what I was irate about as ‘it’s only 2 pairs of trousers’. I could not recommend either the product or the company, sadly - I think they need to really start to understand the value of good customer service, because, had the service been good, I would not have felt the need to write this review now.

It was useful to recieve a call from Barry, with helpful advice regarding the leg length of my trouser order.
This avoided the need to return one of the two pairs ordered, thereby a win-win situation. so thanks Barry

I had an order completed on 30 th January and I am still waiting on the goods… we are away on holiday on Saturday and wanted fresh trousers and they still haven’t arrived😡😡😡

Trousers arrived on 8th February. Delay was due to Royal Mail

This is my 2nd time to order these trousers. They are simply brilliant for what I desire. Thank you Care Clothing.

Having ordered with 48 hr tracked delivery, recieved no tracking details. Parcel finaly arrived over a week later. Meanwhile I emailed the company to enquire about my order and recieved no response, then 24 hrs later a request for rating my experience. I did not respond at the time, but having just recieved another request for a rating and still no reply to my earlier email, am posting this rating.

We ordered 2pairs of socks shoe size 4 to 7 and you sent 2pairs 6 to 11 and wanted us to put a cheque in to send them back when it is your mistake bad service

Garment material content, wrong. Washing instructions, wrong. Delivery dates, Wrong.

Understanding my requirements and doing the best to full fill my order. Which they did.
