Good customer service. Fast delivery. Good quality pair of trousers. Exactly as described. Elastic waist helpful for someone taking hormone treatment which has caused weight gain around waist. Only gripe is that the pockets are a bit shallow so mobile phone keeps slipping out of it. Otherwise highly recommended.

Fast and efficient service. Had a phone call to check the correct items had been ordered as sizing was slightly different due to the trouser style. These trousers are a lifeline for my husband who suffers from Parkinson's disease and consequently finds buckles and belts very difficult. Have bought many items over the years and never been disappointed.

My wife and I have always had quality service from Care Clothing and it is a pleasure doing business with them. The trousers I have bought have been well made and hard wearing and comfortable. They are easy to put on with elasticated waist and fully washable and hardly need ironing.

Quick turnaround on my order. Men's trousers arrived and fitted my husband well. I have noted the fit varies and the quality and colour is different from the previous ones we bought but all in all, still my husband is still happy.

Ordered 27 April, allegedly posted "by7 May"
Arrived 17 May. 10 days for a tracked package suggests you should find out the route used by the mail service or find an alternative. The last order took almost as long and I did phone about it. Perhaps you could inform the recipient about 'tracking'

I never received my order, I found out it was returned to sender in December, I have not received a refund or the trousers despite correspondence with the company, not happy at all

Unfortunately the trousers were unsuitable .
I have sent email asking for the company returns procedure but up to now there has been no response?
Finally a response a month later.
But theTrousers were returned over two weeks ago and I had a message a refund is being processed but only a partial refund,they are deducting £5 so in effect I have paid postage both ways,!!!
Will not order from this company again😠
