This is scam ! I do not recive my funds!

Its scam service they just take money and then delay replies and expect you take premium to loot you more then when deny ask for time and never reply all good reviews are paid maybe this is not professional company at all i have all the proofs stay safe dont pay them penny if you dont wanna loose your money

Super scam, i put the 100$ they wanted and the card stays on "processing", also they reply fast only when need to get the money.

Similar to others, I paid them a balance of 150 using Bitcoin. After ordering the card, the card status turned to processing. Checked back daily and tried to us customer service. They didn't even look at my account, because they said I have to deposit 100. I already have 150 there. They told me my account was not active. I sent them screenshots of the status... No reply for 2 days. I sent another message, no reply. I asked for my money back, they blocked me on telegram and banned my account. I did a who is search on their domain and emailed the host provider, which turns out to also be them. Hostinger is the name. Edit: Hostinger, their host company is not them. Fortunately after I reported them, their host company took them down. I would call that a victory.

As the previous review says, I deposited and created a card which remained in processing (not immediately active like the site advertises). When contacting them through telegram, they now claim the minimum is $200! This is double what the previous person was told a couple of weeks ago! This sounds like a scam unless they give a full refund. The FAQ clearly states that they can give a full refund back to your wallet even if the card has been activated. I am waiting to see what they do and if I get my $80 back.

UPDATE: I informed them of my concerns and they have now just blocked me on telegram and told me "Go to helll" so very unprofessional. These people need to be prosecuted for this scam.

UPDATE2: I saw the email late but apparently they have have asked Trustpilot for more details. These people are scammers. I have the screenshot also of what they wrote on telegram, saying "Go to helll". They have not refunded me yet. They actually don't need more details since I'm using the same name on Trustpilot as I did with them, even though it would be obvious to them who I am already just from what I wrote.

Total Scam.

After they have the money the card stays on Processing. The only support is through Telegram and also there they don‘t reply and don‘t help at all. Stay away and use any other Company. I have screenshots to prove my words.

Oh and after complaining over several weeks and me saying I want my money back they blocked me on Telegram.

All the positive reviews have to be fake.

I loved their card and its helpfull for me.
They are trusted.
Card supported in Google ads and facebook ads.
Also their customer support super fast.

Their card Working on upwork and fiverr perfectly.

scammer, simply does not issue the vcc, do not buy

DONT USE !!! SCAM. they respond to other bad reviews acting like they are on right side but just avoid them they instantly take your money and never activate card. STAY AWAY ! SCAM!

I don't recommend it. you will lose your money. I topped up my balance, support was lost for several days. After I left a bad review, he appeared and wrote to me that he was ready to issue a card. The card was eventually issued, but I could not pay anything with this card. I think the site is a scam. I lost money.

I have comment good for Cardvcc but after just some weeks of use I decided to write some words: LET STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEB SERVICE.. at first you can use but later appear some issue, can not work, unactivate... and they ask you to deposit more upto 1000$ to claim premium so that you have more priority.. My friend deposit 1000$ then more but later they blocked account and finished.. Let stay away before too late..

I will never recommend this website to their customer are 0/0 I can say scammer it is been 6days now they are not reloading my card at first they would let you use the card later they put it in a trash bin like you are nothing begging for your own money from them they are not reloading my card plus not replying me and they have my 115 USD with them please stay away from this people I wish I could upload the screenshots as a prove here

I strongly advise against using CardVCC after an extremely negative experience with their customer support, which seems practically nonexistent. I initially purchased a card loaded with $100, accepting high fees thinking this would guarantee reliable service. However, after spending $25, a subsequent attempt to use an additional $15 failed without explanation.

Following their guidelines, I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue, but I hit a brick wall of silence. Despite leaving multiple messages, I received no response. Their indifference turned into a nightmare when I discovered that my account had been banned without any valid reason. After finally managing to contact someone via a new Telegram channel, I was informed that I had been banned for not adhering to the terms, a baseless accusation since I could not get assistance when needed.

I was temporarily reinstated and advised to use my card, but it remained non-functional. When I sought help again, I was told that I had broken the rules and it was now impossible to recover the remaining $70 on my card. Since then, I have received no responses to my inquiries for an explanation, and my account has been banned again.

This experience has been not only frustrating but also costly. It is unacceptable for a company to operate in this manner, lacking transparency and exploiting its customers. I advise everyone to stay away from CardVCC to avoid similar losses and terrible customer service.

I needed a virtual credit card for Paypal. After doing some research over the internet and reading reviews I decided to buy it from Card VCC. I did open a the website and started the chat with their representatives. After depositing my crypto it came out that for some reason I have opened a cloned website and lost my money. The people from the real website CardVCC.com have helped me get a VCC that works with Paypal and now my account is confirmed. I want to thank them for that.
And for the other future customers of them I want to tell them that they should make sure that the correct website address is CardVCC.com and other websites claiming to be them are froud.
