STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They cancelled my test without any credible reason and probably will not get a refund.

On January 13, 2026, I purchased a test scheduled for April 18. At the time of purchase, your website offered the Brazilian Real (BRL) currency option, presenting it as the cheaper alternative. However, I was actually charged an extra 60 reais compared to the correct price.
Later, I discovered that this test is no longer accepted for Australian immigration purposes. I immediately contacted your team to cancel this test and purchase the correct Australian version instead. Your representative clearly promised a 100% refund if I proceeded with the cancellation.
I followed through: I canceled the original test and purchased the new Australian version. However, you only issued a 50% refund. When I followed up multiple times demanding the remaining 50% to fulfill the 100% refund you promised, your team stopped responding entirely.
I expect you to honor your original promise and process the full 100% refund immediately.
Please resolve this matter urgently and confirm the refund within the next 48 hours. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this complaint to Trustpilot, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and my credit card company for a chargeback.

This website does not allow users to cancel their accounts, even though there is a cancellation button available on the site. I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, and despite sending several emails to customer support, I have received no response at all.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It feels misleading and dishonest — once you sign up, you are essentially trapped with no proper way to cancel.

I strongly advise others to be careful. Based on my experience, this service operates in a way that resembles a scam.

Yes, you charged me 5 times after subscription cancelled, dont reply to this asking me to contact you by email when I sent 6 emails already and just 1 replied by Javier with an answer not related to my problem. Useless to contact you unless I posted a public review, now you are interested? come on !!!!

Don't take the Toefl test! It is by far the worst and most unprofessional company ever saw. They made me do a test at 2AM in the middle of the night! I didn't know so I missed the test. No refund or reschedule, 400 dollars down the toilet. Robbing poor students, where is the human standard?

Very good tool. Was able to get top 97th percentile with only one week of practice.
