They sell tons of fraudulent cards that will have zero balance. If you don't use it immediately you run a very very high risk of losing it entirely because they have a short guarantee window and will happily tell you that they're not standing behind the fraudulent purchase. If you get scammed for even a single gift card it negates any savings you will ever have buying from them.

I have been doing business with Cardcookie.com for several years and it has been a great service. I did, however, just run into my first problem and customer service responded quickly and they were extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I bought a card that was already registered to another account and they immediately replaced with a small additional amount on replacement card data and great service!

Company failed to provide cards saying my card was not verified even after identification documents sent to them. Will never use this company again. Hoping I will not be subject to identity theft because of the attempt to buy cards.

the worst billing system I've seen in my life, you never know if they're going to send your card or if they're going to cancel it, other than that the shipping time line is insane

Card cookie's verification process is waste of time. You put your order in with the payment, then they want a copy of government ID and a selfie so they can say "not sufficient to verify your account". You can buy a car online easier. Their customer service isn't!

Bought 5 gift cards. 4 of them worked. Contacted customer service and they gave me a replacement for the fifth one that was already used. Replacement card was also used. Replied back about the situation and didn't get a response until I sent another email. Second replacement worked. Legit business with decent customer service.

This site cancelled my order for a $500 card (3 different times) with a false explanation that my payment method could not be confirmed. My credit card actually received the charge as pending so this was nonsense. They failed to respond to my e-mail queries. Apparently there is no phone number. I also tried for a $60 card using the same credit card and then my wife's credit card. After the order was accepted, both orders were also cancelled claiming that payment information could not be verified. They are lying for some reason. It is the same card I have used before and is saved on the site and the charge did reach my card as pending. Of course, this has caused no improper charges, but is a huge waste of time trying to get an order to get through.

I found a relatively great deal on a gift card through this website compared to their competitors and gave it a shot and was in a bit of a hurry to buy the stuff I had in my cart on the website. The problem is the card took about 7 hours to receive my purchase in an email which is very slow compared to their competitors who are almost always under an hour or instant. If you're in a rush to grab something before it goes off sale on whatever website I would avoid this website. If you aren't in a rush and see a good deal they will, eventually, fulfill your order.

Has been using this site for years. Good savings and rarely have a problem; had 2 problems with faulty gift cards but all got replaced in 24 hrs.

I have used Cardcookie for years. Purchasing reused gift cards always have the chance of issues but Cardcookie has always stepped up to the plate quickly and resolved my issues.

I would give cardcookie 5 stars for their great pricing, large selection, and high security. In my experience, they tend to have the best pricing for Walmart and target.

But I'm really just posting this to thank "Sarah" and "Tom" from customer service. This might also help other people if they end up in the same situation as me.

I had an issue with my order at 8pm, I emailed customer service, and they got back to me by 7am the next morning. Their suggestions worked great and my issue was resolved. They also worked extra quickly to verify my transaction after the issue was fixed, which I appreciate.

Here's a description of the issue and the solution: I placed my order and it was declined (by CardCookie) several times. I tried it on a few different devices and it didn't work.

They suggested that I try again using my laptop without using a VPN. That worked! I'm not exactly sure why it worked. It might be because I stopped using VPN, but it might also be for other reasons. It could be because I switched to a different computer; because I placed my order between 8am and 6pm; because the web interface forced me to re-add my credit card; because of "random chance"; because some time had passed; or maybe because customer service was helping me out behind the scenes as well (I'm not sure).

It's easy to use, and I've saved a bunch without any hassle. Customer support is top-notch – friendly and always ready to help.
