Card Cookie customer service is very quick in response .

This has been a colossal waste of my time and energy! I verified my email and telephone. I paid with my credit card and gave you cvv. You charged my Amex. An hour later, nothing.

Then an email stating you that you need to "verify some of your payment information" and that I need to verify my identity with my driver's license and pics of me?
Still no gift cards! I emailed support to complain.

Simply ridiculous! Use another site if you actually what to buy gift cards to use quickly.

I have bought gift cards from cardcookie for a lot of time in the past years. The experience is very great. At most of the time, the cards were sent promptly. The support team at cardcookie is also awesome. They responded very quickly every time I contacted them.

I ordered a gift card in May 2022, and when I went to use it in Septemebr 2022, it had a zero balance. I reached out to Card Cookie Customer Service, and becuase I was outside of the "100 day gaurantee" they said there was nothing they could do about it. They wouldn't even credit me the actual amount I paid for the gift card. So they literally stole my money. When I told them "gift card's don't expire, so I should at least get the amount I spent" they said: "Gift cards themselves do not expire. Unfortunately, as stated on the website, we can only cover them for 100 days." and now they wont respond to any of my emails. Highly recommend using another platform other than Card Cookie.

Bought a series of gift cards and one didn't work. Their support team corrected the issue within 30 minutes.

1. Make sure you check the balance when your cards are delivered. There may be lesser amount, no amount or even invalid card.
2. Only buy when you are planning to use within 100 days of the purchase otherwise they won't even entertain your request. I have been a long time consumer and I was super disappointed obviously as i lost $150 just because i missed the 100 day window. Both the cards had the balance i checked when purchased but after the 100th day its gone and they dont even bother to check what's the issue. Pathetic as it sounds.

I found this site in Google, buying gift certificates is very simple and with a good discount, I buy cards as a gift to my regular customers, you can buy cards 5 times a day and no more than $ 500, it suits me perfectly, I have already recommended this site to my colleagues, the store's support by email works very well, all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time, I recommend it!
