I couldn’t thank Car Call anymore. They dealt with my claim so professionally. I was always updated with what was going on in my non fault accident. I will be recommending them to others. If anything was to happen ever again they would be the best port of contact for me. They sorted me out a hire car instantly and everything was done for me. 5* service.

Lovely and helpful staff, professional from start to finish, i was a bit worried about using this company, however I could not recommend them more, I had a hire car provided the same day and my car fixed completely at no cost to myself. Tianna was absolutely amazing and keeping me update and gave me advise throughout the claim. Highly recommend.

Nice quick, easy service and on top of that I didn’t have to pay a penny throughout the claim nor did it affect my insurance! I was updated throughout the claim and had my car back as good as new. Lauryn was a brilliant help! she made sure it was all sorted asap and was so lovely over the phone every time she called to update me.

This is the second time I’ve dealt with the team at CarCall for a non-fault accident as they take away the hassle of making an insurance claim, especially as it was over a weekend. Cheryl Spencer dealt with the claim from start to finish keeping me updated throughout the whole process. The courtesy car was delivered out and the car was collected by the repairing garage who were on time and professional. From the estimate through to the completion of the repairs I was kept up to date and the vehicle was returned good as new. The whole process was stress fee and I highly recommend CarCall to anyone looking for a high quality, professional service. I was recommended this company by a garage opposite myself, and safe to say they saved me all the hassle of an insurance claim! A couple of calls, then replacement car sent to me the same afternoon and my car is now back good as new. Could not recommend enough !

Not happy at all, I’m calling and texting everyday for updates, and they don't care, they told me in the first place, that they can help, I HAVE VIDEO OF THE CRASH,. And after all that, they ve just turned their back on me. Pointless, ALSO THEY TELL YOU WANT YOU WANNA HEAR JUST SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY!!!!

Kindertons providing me with a hire car for the duration of my insurance company dealing with the claim they took over the claim from my insurance company Haven and did an amazing job providing me a great vehicle to drive for the duration they delivered it to my property and all in all I was in a great an amazing service and experience . Even when things do go wrong they dealt with very professionally.

Very good company arranged my repairs and delivered a brand new hire car the next day. I didn’t need to make a claim on my own insurance and I had no excess to pay. Very easy to use would recommend

Was unfortunately involved in an accident which was a terrible experience. A friend of mine told me about this company as they had used them . Was nervous but they totally put me at ease . I cannot thank them enough for helping me get my car repaired and sorting everything out. Really professional and most importantly car looks like new again!
