Avoid this store. Their vehicle search tool is misleading — it suggested a part that doesn’t fit my car even after entering the correct license plate. The return process is complicated and expensive, and you have to pay high shipping costs yourself. Not trustworthy

Overpriced
Overpriced, you can get up to 40% cheaper batteries elsewhere. Bought one for £140, found another for £64 - couldn't believe it. Delivery was £22, other websites £5.44. Once you order and you made a mistake that's it, you are getting that battery whether you like it or not, doesn't matter if you cancel. Customer Service? What's that?

Can’t fault the service
Can’t fault the service - ordered online then realised they were fairly local so telephoned and arranged to pick up battery. No problem - carrier charge removed - and battery ready when I arrived. Better still the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great service and low prices
I bought a Dynamp DA80 AGM Stop-start 12V 80Ah 800CCA Car Battery Type 115 for my 2019 Volvo V40. It’s an ideal replacement for the original battery.
It was a great price compared to mainstream garages and the service was second to none. Delivery was next day and the battery was well packaged.
I would certainly recommend The Car Battery Market. It’s a no brainier.

The sale was swift and the product is as it was described. Very happy with the transaction.
The delivery company are a joke! They gave me a time window of 6hours, which is good, day, date and time frame. I organized a fitter to come some 2 hours after the said window and fit the new product, however, the delivery was 3 hours late! That cost me, and delayed us, so with the carrier, am NOT happy!!

Very happy with this company
Very happy with this company! The price and purchase process were excellent and it only got better. Delivery was delayed by the courier and they compensated without me having to push. Truly first class service. Product was well packaged and perfectly as described.
