Terrible custoemr service experience, they sent me a flat battery abd theb proceeded ro try and deny it.
It got to the point where they even created imaginary scenarios and expected me to spend extra money paying for battery tests to prove battery was flat.
They completely ignored uk consumer law which I reminded them of real quick.
I launched dispute with my bank in the end and got full refund that way.
Never ever recommend these cowboys

Appalling after sales service. Refused emplacement battery or refund on 18 month old battery despite supposed 3 yr warranty. Insisted on return of battery at a cost of £20 for testing then just returned dead battery with no explanation. Fee for testing to be refunded this, did not happen as warranty claim rejected Very difficult to contact company

Simple experience, quick delivery and good value.

Battery failed in 2 months, of course the voltage is below 10.4 so they say they will deny warranty. The battery has failed, won't hold a charge or be charged, so of course the voltage is below 10.4.

I required a battery for my Ford Focus Mk 2 1.8 and CBM had a good make at a reasonable price compared to other suppliers. The battery arrived promptly and was well packaged. I've never used CBM before but definitely consider them again in the future.

Very disappointing experience. I received my order in a damaged condition and tried multiple times to contact the company for a resolution, but unfortunately I have received no proper response to my emails or messages.
It is extremely frustrating to receive a damaged product and then be unable to get any support from the seller. Customers should not be left without communication after paying for an order.
I hope the company improves its customer service and takes responsibility for resolving issues like this in the future.
