I have received one order of vape and liquid but still waiting for my second order, could you please tell me what the hold up is

My order had missing items although this was rectified to some satisfaction, it took a few emails, it seems that was an issue with their distributors, I do hope they've rectified this and I will give them one more chance.

Been using the cbd patches for a few months now and everything had been great. Until last month when the wrong items were sent instead of my patches.
Rang to advise, phone answered by a man who didn't give company name, just a hello. I confirmed I was through to Cannacares and man I spoke to apologised for the error, said I could keep the incorrect order formy inconvenience, and that they would send the patches. 1 week later still nothing, this time I used the online chat, someone called Alex. They said the person who would be dispatching my order was off and they would have them contact me next day. 3 days later, still nothing and I notice all patches are showing as sold out. This is raising red flags for me. My next order is due, but can't afford to lose another £48 if they don't arrive again. I've had to go elsewhere in the meantime.

Ordered a starter pack and different items came, emailed twice to tell them that it wasnt correct order and no response back..

this is the fourth tube now and its gr8, doesnt get rid of pain completely but soo much better than all the over the counter remedies.

The patches work well and are reasonably priced.

The magnesium and CBD joint and muscle cream is so good, I stopped my prescription of capsicum because this works so much better. I have fibromyalgia, ME and endometriosis, and I'm also in menopause. On top of this, I have Bertolotti's Syndrome, and this is the best remedy for my spinal pain. I won't use anything else for it!

Quick delivery, great product. The cbd patches have actually made a difference to my fibromyalgia pain. The cream is good the rubbing straight onto painful joints, particularly my hands and knees

I work nights and find the cbd capsules help ameliorate the effects of broken nights.

I didn't get any pain relief from the patches. I've been taking the capsules for a few days not felt a difference yet.

This didn't work for a while and I didn't expect it to after 7 days there was a marked improvement I'm continuing
the vape and see if there will be more improvement with my arthritis.
