This used to be a great company but now it seems they have gone bust. I put my normal order in and week's later no product's, no answer and no answer from the forwarded number which is the owner. So been ripped off and no refund!!! Do not order!!!

This should be a minus 10 score if I could made an order on 2nd jan paid for fast shipping nothing turned up emailed them yesterday no reply tried to ring this morning and it just goes to voicemail will do a charge back with the bank never had such poor service

Ordered CBD patches and they never arrived. I have phoned them about 10 times, emailed 4 times, completed their website form and tried chat numerous times. I have not received a single response at all.

Been using this company for a while and been great but I think they have gone out of business or under new management. Ordered my normal and nothing arrived 2 weeks later, sent email nothing, I phoned and got a really grumpy man who said my order will be there next day but wasn't and been another few weeks, sent another email, did by doing some looking up that company as closed. Not sure if true and emailed ignored, if closed or can't get orders out then why still letting customers buy? I've lost £50. Not very happy no refund just ignoring.
Very rude man after buying from them for ages, you would think they would be nice to their regular customers.

Been using this company for a few years but our last order was missing 30 capsules (we ordered 60). Sent them 4 emails and had no response. Ordered again (a risk I know) a few days ago and nothing has been shipped. Useless con artists. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!

Sample arrived within a week but when I purchased a tube, it never arrived and no communication at all from company. Having to go though bank to get money back.
Avoid

Sent to cannacres for 3 tubes of magnesium cream. Took my money but didn't send the goods!! Emailed them numerous times with NO reply!! Please stay well clear of this firm!!

Messaged to enquire about something.Messages were ignored on the website, email and Instagram. Then one of my messages was 'seen' but nobody replied. Sent a few more and eventually I was told that the company had restructured. I told them how I was a bit reluctant to buy from them as the service had gone downhill and they said they would send me some freebies for me and the family to try. In exchange for a positive trustpilot review. This was the 11TH MARCH , I thought great! By the 18th I still hadn't received anything so messaged them and the person said they were going into the office and would check. Heard nothing so I asked if they'd checked (20TH) this message was 'seen' but not replied to. Sent a few question marks but still nothing. So on the 27TH I sent a message basically saying how can I give a good review if I don't receive any communication or products. Still no response as of now (2ND APRIL) Looks like the restructuring hasn't changed the company a bit!

I have used this company for some years, however, never again. I can only assume it’s been bought up by a rogue trader? My order was late, arrived damaged, and they sent the wrong items. The pain patches do not work at all. They are not answering phone calls or emails, so advise everyone to avoid!

I ordered two magnesium cbd cream and they went through the trouble of posting an empty envelope. Do they have no shame? I’m ashamed for them. Luckily it wasn’t that expensive, couldn’t care less. I’m sure my bank will sort it out.

Do not order from this company.
They don't ship your order, or answer emails, or respond to any other communication.
They basically don't do anything you would expect a company to do. And they don't refund you for the order they didn't bother shipping either.

I used to love Cannacares so much. The products were effective and great quality, and the service was always quick and friendly.

I know from a chat response I received from an aggrieved employee that, at some point in the last year, or so, all the staff left and not necessarily of their own accord, which is a huge red flag.

Since then, products have been out of stock for months at a time, yet I've received incessant emails asking me to check out on my subscription (for which the products are out of stock) with no option to unsubscribe from the emails.

Recently, things started to come back in stock, so I thought I'd give them another go and order some patches. I ordered two packs of patches. They arrived quickly, but one pack was missing. I contacted them to ask them to send the second pack, but received no response until I chased them a week later. They said they'd ship out the missing pack, along with an extra pack as an apology. Two weeks later, I still haven't received this second shipment. I've chased twice, and requested the tracking information, but heard nothing back.

I've now requested a refund. This business has gone massively downhill and very much feels like a scam at this point.

Ordered some patches on 20th September, still haven’t arrived almost a month later. Have emailed and heard nothing back. Just want a refund now!

I have used this company for years, but I don't know what has happened. It appears to be run by a bunch of scammers now. I ordered over a week ago, and my order is still processing. Nobody answers emails, live chat messages, or phone calls. This is the second time this has happened! The first time I finally received my order many weeks later. Thought I would give them one last chance. But never again. Avoid at all costs; they'll take your money and not deliver your products.

great products, sleep so much better with them and i appreciate the higher strengths as when i originally tried 10mg i didn't feel anything, so the 40mg and 50mg are perfect. I had an issue with an order and was frustrated when i couldn't get through to contact anyone via email, but after bringing it to attention in a review the ceo kindly gave me a call and was incredibly apologetic but also very enthusiastic about putting things right. I appreciate a company who cares about making things right with their customers, so 5 stars for their products and 5 stars for the customer service!

Whilst I initially had problems with my order, the CEO of Cannacares contacted me to discuss the issue and apologise. This was more than most companies would do and I was very grateful for the follow up. Thank you.
