Volevo acquistare una lavatrice ma per fortuna mi sono accorta che nonostante la consegna, sia gratuita se non è presente ascensore, la lasciano al piano stradale. Questa clausola l'ho letta, solo perché ho spulciato le condizioni di vendita.

Dryer only lasted 18 months so no longer under warranty but hoover candy advised they could offer a fixed price repair with any part provided free under a 10 year parts “guarantee” given at time of purchase. After paying for the repair they advised it could not be fixed as the parts were no longer available, only 18 months into the 10 year “guarantee” period. Asked for a refund of the repair cost and have since been ghosted and no money returned despite misleading me on parts guarantee. Very poor quality product and customer service so would avoid at all costs.

Candy products seem ok for a month or two then thy start having error code faults at which time you try call them to get it fixed as it still in warranty and deal with hour off the being unable to register and set up dealing with a stupid online ai call receiver who can’t get information correct you will try then and search every candy number only to get the same as the peice of shit company don’t want you being able to call them and get the things fixed utterly disgusting service from a load of scam artists who make it as difficult as humanly possible to get help

I bought this tumble drier 10 days ago and used it for the first time today. It works well and I'm happy with it, however, after emptying the machine, I noticed that there was some fluff trapped between the door glass and the lower inner seal. On further inspection, I found the the bottom of the inner door seal is not level. It's misaligned. I wanted to know if this is normal.
I decided to call Candy as the machine has a years manufacturers warranty. After a prolonged conversation, it boils down to if the engineer doesn't find a mechanical or electrical fault on the machine, I will have to pay £160 call out fee! How the hell do I know if it's a fault or normal function?
What kind of guarantee is that.

Pessima esperienza con piano induzione Candy. Segnalato il problema subito mi hanno mandata avanti per un anno cambiando pezzi e non risolvendo il problema! Mai più comprerò questa marca! Non si può avere un centro assistenza del genere che lascia le persone senza piano cottura e senza nemmeno avere la possibilità di averne uno sostitutivo!!! Adesso aspetto l’ennesima sostituzione di altri pezzi ma posso dire che un esperienza così pessima mai avuta con nessun elettrodomestico!!!

The thermostat failed after 6 months on tumble drier, and the engineer came out to point out that's what it was. he showed me how to turn it back on, and it has failed during every other dry. So obviously, I have called again under the warranty,
Took around 20 mins to get through, and the customer sales rep was saying I would have to pay £160 or £80 if I reject the payment and how signing up to the insurance policy would mean it was free etc.

I repeated, it is a fault on the thermostat, the same as last time, please come out and replace it. I don't want the sales pitch. He continued to repeat the nonsense and I told him I am not paying £160, it is the same issue and the thermostat needs replacing. He started telling me that if I refuse to pay the £160 he won't send anyone.
This is how people who ended up working in call centers for their life get power.
I told him I wanted the whole thing going back and a refund under warranty, and he said I "would have to go to Amazon about that". It is utterly disgraceful, and he has refused to send out the engineer- will be getting a refund under the Consumer Act, reporting to the FCA and Amazon.
Making sure people know what they are up to- tried calling them again, and after 15 minutes set the auto call back, which they have not done.
Do not trust these people, they are thieves!

De plus j’étais censé avoir une réduction sur l’achat du lave linge.

Je relancé, et voilà qu’on me rembourse finalement. En lisant les avis je me rends compte que Candy a fait appel à une entreprise qui ne joue pas le jeu des remboursement.

Je n’achèterai plus candy !

Bought a candy tumble dryer 14 months ago and its already broken. Just 2 months after the 12 month warranty. Contacted them but they couldn't care less. Will never buy another candy product (currently still have candy washer and fridge freezer but very much put me off them now)

La mia esperienza con l asciugatrice Candy,modello Grando’ vita easy case,è stata molto grave.Dopo circa 5 anni di normale utilizzo,durante il ciclo di asciugatura,l elettrodomestico ha preso fuoco,provocando un incendio nella mia abitazione.Sono stati momenti di grande paura per me e la mia famiglia,fortunatamente siamo riusciti tempestivamente a spegnere il fuoco,evitando conseguenze peggiori ma abbiamo comunque subito danni materiali a seguito dell accaduto.ho avviato una pratica di risarcimento per danni subiti.Ritengo che un elettrodomestico debba garantire standard di sicurezza adeguati per tutta la vita utile.Al momento non posso consigliare questo prodotto

🙄 it's been rubbish since I purchased the candy rapido washing machine. Keep getting error messages and never connects to the WiFi

Washing machine broke within 6 weeks of purchase.
Customer service have been incompetent and unhelpful. They cannot get the part requested to fix it but have sent 2 engineers to our house who have both been unsure why they have been sent as the machine needs a new seal and they can’t get that. Candy have left us without washing machine for 5 weeks and agreed to send a replacement machine but instead just sent an engineer who couldn’t understand why he was there.

Broke after 6 months of use, after reading the other reviews I'm genuinely concerned I won't get what I paid for or help despite it being under warranty.

An engineer has had a look at it, told me he needs parts and will be in touch, to ring again in a couple of weeks if I haven't heard anything

Four avec plaque de commande déjà réparée deux fois en un an , très mauvaise qualité, impossible de l'utiliser avec le Smartphone, l'application reconnaissant le modèle mais disant qu'il n'existe pas. Aucune réponse utile de l'assistance technique. Une étoile c'est déjà trop.

The worst possible experience with Candy! First, the dryer is of poor quality, the motor broke after only a few months of use, and we don't use it much! The water tank is beyond reproach, it is hung on the door, it falls out, cracks and tears the door from the weight! I live in Ireland, we have been trying to reach them for SEVERAL MONTHS on all phones and emails, after a few months they replied to the email and said "they are sorry" and " send us the details", I sent the details and I get the answer that "they did not receive the email because their box is full, try again"?! I have tried who knows how many times.. So a classic scam, they sell a bad product and take ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRS OFF THEMSELVES! Shame, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CANDY PRODUCTS!

j'ai recu mon four acheté aujourd'"hui.
Connectable mais malheureusement non reconnu dans l'application de candy.
Bref j'ai remplacé mon vieux four bosch qui fonctionnait encore et je suis très décu de ce produit qu'on nous vend comme europeen mais en fait une belle camelote chinoise. En appelant le service client on m'a promis un retour par email dans la journée, il est 17h35 et je 'ai toujours rien.
Grr ces marques chinoise, je pense le retourner pour prendre un AEG made in germany au moins je paye plus cher mais je sais pourquoi. je me suis fais avoir une fois de plus par ces chinois.

If I could give 0 stars I would, i purchased a Candy washer/dryer in July 2023, the dryer part stopped drying the clothes after a year, I raised a complaint with Candy they took no responsibility and told me that because it was over the warranty period I would have to pay for an engineer, I refused this as the washer/dryer was not fit for purpose and hadnt lasted its lifetime expectancy. I have also had problems with it not spinning properly and it is also a very loud machine. I have now had one of the paddles that have snapped off, I would NOT recommended a Candy washer/dryer, terrible machines.

I bought tumble dryer and still under warranty and within year it has broken down five times and present time they’re saying it will be a two month wait to be repaired and this is ridiculous with big family with three kids with nowhere to dry my clothes in this British weather and they seem to not care or take care of their customers with this kind of issues
