Not flexible and customer orientated
Pick-up time and return time is very limited and both days are more or less lost although a full day need to be payed. We had a late flight and it is really difficult with all the luggage till a check-in at the airport is possible.
We had a broken WP at the RV and a repair would have helped us a lot, however parking overnight at Canadream was not allowed although Montreal is very limited in regards to parking acc. to the contract. All that would have cost us an extra day of our vacation and we decided not to repair the WP and took more expensive campsites with citywater instead.
In summary, Canadream is not very flexible.

3 weeks in Spectacular Ontario
We took a saver 6 for 3 weeks to visit multiple Ontario Provincial Parks—spectacular!
The service at Canadream at booking, pick-up and drop-off was smooth and excellent.

Third time wasn’t the charm
We’ve rented from Canadadream several times and their customer service is top notch. However the actual trailer we got this time around was much smaller than we had anticipated. There was no pop out and a lot of the latches for the under storage didn’t work properly.
Still a fun trip but the trailer itself wasn’t up to the standard we typically get from them.

Nicht Verkehrsicher !
Ich habe diese Anfrage schon beantwortet !
Es war auch nicht das zugesagte Fahrzeug !
Fahrzeug hatte defekte Lenkung und Abflussschlauch war defekt.
Das Schmutzwasser ist im oberen Teil ausgetreten.
Bei der Abgabe reklamiert, aber Interesse war nicht von den Mitarbeiter zu bemerken. Da haben wir halt nicht richtig kontroliert ! Ich hatte ein nicht verkehrssicheres Fahrzeug.
Ja mit dieser Antwort hat ich gerechnet!
Was sollen sie auch anderes schreiben !
Kein Wort von dem Abflussschlauch und dem falschen Fahrzeug. Und wenn das Lenkrad schief steht können sie nichts entdecken. Ja ist schon klar 👍 🙈

In general a lovely experience, with one major issue
In general a lovely experience. The RV was clean and a lovely vehicle to drive. However, the sewer hose had a hole in it, and so would leak in the compartment every time we had to use it.

We particularly liked the fact that the motorhome was almost new and all the equipment was in mint condition. The service (instructions and return) was also excellent. We thought it was great how easy it was to return unused items.

Excellent service
Excellent service. RV was good as new, staff was friendly and received us well. Gave us enough time to look through the details, any dents, etc..before signing the papers. Had a great experience!

First RV trip
It is great RV trip for us. It is the first time we went to camping with the whole family in a RV. The RV equipped with all our needs in the trip, we have an enjoyable, unforgettable trip, made camping easier for us: just loading all the food and clothes, then we can go. 100% recommend to our friends.

Alle sehr freundlich
Es ist halt ein Mietcamper, wie bei allen Vermietern nicht die beste Qualität. Gestört hat uns, dass wir ein anderes Fahrzeug erhalten haben als wir gebucht und gewollt haben.
Auch das individuelle Fahrzeughalter ist a bissl sparsam, für jeden einen Teller, eine Tasse, ein Löffel und auch Handtücher, sehr sparsam dosiert
Wenn man kocht ist’s definitiv zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck
Auch war der Verbrauch extrem hoch mit einem Durchschnitt von 25/26 Litern
Aber wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, der Camper hat das gemacht was er sollte und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich
