We had a wonderful time in Canada with our RV.
All the staff were courteous and helpful.
The RV was clean and in perfect condition.

Early booking got us discounts on a lot of extras, the service was good and the RV was great! Everything worked perfectly and we had more than enough space with 6 big guys. Fantastic experience

The RV was excellent, the service was friendly, quick, and readily available. However, the reservation options were numerous and sometimes overlapping and unclear, so we needed to spend a lot of time on that. One recommendation for Canadream is to have is for a more decisive policy regarding winterization. We rented from Oct 3- 18 in Ontario and Quebec, but before we left there was a great deal of confusion and discussion regarding winterization policy (or lack of it). Of course, as it worked out, we actually needed AC for part of the journey, but the rental process was unnecessarily complicated by the lack of certainty.
Two other issues: Grey and black water indicators were very unreliable. We were warned that they were imprecise, but they were way off all the time (we were careful to have level spots). Also, the gas mileage was considerably worse than indicated by Canadream.

Our customer experience was great; friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The vehicle we rented for 17 days was in top-notch notch condition and we experienced no issues. We wouldn't hesitate to book any other trip!

Booking was easy. The pre-pick up notes, tutorials and planning advice was excellent, and the customer service and staff interactions were effortless on collection and drop off days. Oh and the RV was amazing!

The RV was nearly new! A great time in a reliable car. The pick up in Halifax and drop off in Toronto was quite short. The employees were very friendly and explained everything well. There was a little problem with the water heating system in the car but they solved it very soon and it didn’t matter during our trip. Great time and hostage with CanaDream. Thanks for a wonderful time in Canada!

Pick-up time and return time is very limited and both days are more or less lost although a full day need to be payed. We had a late flight and it is really difficult with all the luggage till a check-in at the airport is possible.
We had a broken WP at the RV and a repair would have helped us a lot, however parking overnight at Canadream was not allowed although Montreal is very limited in regards to parking acc. to the contract. All that would have cost us an extra day of our vacation and we decided not to repair the WP and took more expensive campsites with citywater instead.
In summary, Canadream is not very flexible.

We took a saver 6 for 3 weeks to visit multiple Ontario Provincial Parks—spectacular!
The service at Canadream at booking, pick-up and drop-off was smooth and excellent.

We’ve rented from Canadadream several times and their customer service is top notch. However the actual trailer we got this time around was much smaller than we had anticipated. There was no pop out and a lot of the latches for the under storage didn’t work properly.

Still a fun trip but the trailer itself wasn’t up to the standard we typically get from them.

The staff in Halifax and Toronto were very professional. The motor home had no mechanical issues

Es war auch nicht das zugesagte Fahrzeug !
Fahrzeug hatte defekte Lenkung und Abflussschlauch war defekt.
Das Schmutzwasser ist im oberen Teil ausgetreten.
Bei der Abgabe reklamiert, aber Interesse war nicht von den Mitarbeiter zu bemerken. Da haben wir halt nicht richtig kontroliert ! Ich hatte ein nicht verkehrssicheres Fahrzeug.

Ja mit dieser Antwort hat ich gerechnet!
Was sollen sie auch anderes schreiben !
Kein Wort von dem Abflussschlauch und dem falschen Fahrzeug. Und wenn das Lenkrad schief steht können sie nichts entdecken. Ja ist schon klar 👍 🙈

Die Übernahme und Abgabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns bei allen Fragen sehr gut geholfen.

Nice experience

In general a lovely experience. The RV was clean and a lovely vehicle to drive. However, the sewer hose had a hole in it, and so would leak in the compartment every time we had to use it.

Good organisation, friendly staff. The VR are in perfect condition. Road assistant and 24 hours services.

We particularly liked the fact that the motorhome was almost new and all the equipment was in mint condition. The service (instructions and return) was also excellent. We thought it was great how easy it was to return unused items.
