CanaDream RV - Montreal Omdömen 

RV was comfortable and spacious, clean and ready to go. Staff was friendly and informative. We had a great trip!

Efficient check in and check out. Unit was clean and comfortable exceeded expectations in size and quality.

This was our first RV experience and Canadream was the best choice for our family! Our kids loved their little beds on the top of the driver’s seat and we just loved how easy everything was! Thank you Canadream for one of our best family roatrips! :)

Service courtois. Mais pour l'achat on nous promet une vérification complète et mise à niveau si nécessaire. Mais ce n'a pas été le cas pour la batterie à décharge profonde et pour les freins. Service après vente bon à date, amis le VR est toujours entre vos mains.

Very friendly, clean RV, helpfull service

The tank cover cannot be fully opened due to a brace in the cab superstructure, making refueling a challenge - the fuel tap cannot be positioned correctly.
We had a case where the fridge alarm went off in the middle of the night because the battery didn't have enough capacity. In fact, we had no way of getting to a campsite with a power connection that day. This shouldn't really happen if the battery is in a good state of maintenance.
The solar unit always charged during the day, which was probably not enough on this day.

The RV was great, clean and almost new. The other items like kitchen suppliances, towels etc. as well.
We have only one complaint about the mattress which caused a lot of backpain to both of us for several days. It was to soft in the middle ( like a hole ), although it looked new, too. As we were only 2 travellers we changed it with the two single ones from the front and could sleep well finally.

Jean-Francois, (don’t remember his last name) was very professional and friendly during the whole process. What he said verbally, he followed up on and even went beyond my expectations. It was a very positive experience.

Great vehicle, (deluxe 2 berth) however- be careful with how much you pack. Storage for 2 ppl is limited.
Ive rented a lot of campervans in my life, and in a lot of countries (incl aus/europe/nz/usa) and Canadream has been the best experience I've had.

Superb experience- the RV (MHA) was well suited to us and operated very consistently with little trouble to us. The final check in at Montreal was smooth and Alton was wonderful to deal with. Overall 5+

What we liked:
RV was more or less new and in good shape. It performed well during our entire trip.
There was comfortably enough room for us 2.
Comfortable bed!
The return at Canadream Halifax was quick and without problems.
What we didn't like:
The person who handed the RV over to us in Montreal (incl. pick-up instruction, which we had paid for separately) was unfriendly and unmotivated. Made us feel as if we were disturbing him.
Dishes and kitchenware were dirty.
No window blinds were installed!
Window next to dining table could not be closed entirely.
Had to return to Canadream Montreal a day later to install the blinds and for the repair of the window. No sign of regret was offered, let alone an offer to reimburse us for the gasoline we used for the return.

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Canadream gemacht. Die Übernahme, wie auch die Übergabe war kein Problem und ging sehr schnell. Fragen wurden beantwortet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
Das Wohnmobil war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Zustand des Wagen war auch gut, wir hatten die ganze Reise keine Probleme.
Eine kleine Unschönheit gab es beim Wohnmobil. Die Verdunklung der Frontschreiben passte nicht genau auf die Scheiben, bzw die Klettverschlüsse, wenn vorhanden, waren auch schon ein wenig ausgeleiert. Wenn man im Internet des Herstellers schaut, gibt es Originale mit Magneten, die dann einfach passen. Nach einiger Zeit gewöhnte ich mich aber an das Gefrimmel und es ging schon. Der Reise hat es aber gar nichts geschadet, auch kann man für so eine Kleinigkeit keinen Abzug geben.
Wir können den Vermieter nur empfehlen. Da es mit dem Wagen und den Übergaben so gut klappte, war die Kanada-Reise ein voller Erfolg.

I found the booking experience good, though somehow I was double charged for some of the items that were included in the special offer (extra driver, kitchen kit). This was easily resolved with a phone call. The camper we had was quite new, but had a few issues that we discovered after leaving (shower fan not working, kitchen tap handle kept falling off, electrical power securing ring stripped). The instructional video and operation manual were excellent, especially the trouble shooting guide in the manual. The biggest issue we had was at pickup. We paid extra for early pickup but when we got there the agent tried to give us a substitute for the vehicle we had booked (SVC) with a bigger model. When I protested I was told that maybe I had made a mistake in my booking because their records showed me booking a larger motor home. This was only resolved when my wife produced a printed copy of our booking that named the SVC and showed a picture of it. After some time the correct vehicle was provided, but it had to be set up and this cost us time on our early departure. I asked the agent at the time if there would be some credit on our early departure fee and he said that there would, but it would have to be authorised by the manager when they were in the next day (Monday) and we would see it at checkout. When turning in the vehicle I asked the same agent about the credit and he then told me that there would delay was not long enough for a credit so the manager refused it. I asked about the aggravation regarding the gaslighting about our booking type, and he had no answer. This left a bad taste in my mouth. This was our 5th or 6th booking with Canadream over the years. Next time we may look at Cruise Canada.
