CanaDream RV - Montreal Omdömen 

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le Saver 4 proposé par CanaDream, il est très confortable, propre, tout est bien pensé et la prise en main est facile, même pour une première fois !
Nous avons seulement été déçus par l'assistance lors de la crevaison d'un pneu, mais par la suite les équipes ont su se montrer commerciales et nous ont proposé une compensation.
Sur place, les salariés CanaDream à qui nous avons eu à faire sont très aimables, serviables et efficaces. Je recommande.
Enfin, je pense que CanaDream pourrait gagner en service en proposant quelques navettes par jour jusqu'à Montréal et/ou jusqu'à l'aéroport, même payantes, mais surtout pour faciliter la venue et mutualiser les déplacements.

My wife's mother died and we had to give the camper back three weeks earlier than planned in Montreal instead of Calgary. The changes for this unplanned retour were treated very professionnally.

The RV itself was fantastic—it was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Our issues were entirely with the company's pricing structure.

CanaDream is an expensive service, which is fine, but their policy of charging for every little thing feels unreasonable.

Our biggest frustration was the strict check-out time. They charge an extra $150 if you want to check out in the afternoon. Free check-out is only available early in the morning (9:30 AM), which forced us to rush back from Mont Tremblant, waking up at 6:00 AM just to empty the tanks and refuel to avoid a penalty. This policy feels like a deliberate way for them to turn around the RV for the next guest as quickly as possible—we were told a new client could check in by 1:30 PM. This tight 4-hour window for cleaning makes me question if the RV is properly sanitized for the next person, given the volume of vehicles they manage.

My second complaint is about the extra kilometers. While I take responsibility for underestimating our travel, I was surprised by the unfair pricing. I initially purchased an 800 km package but ended up driving around 1,300 km. I was charged $0.47 for every extra kilometer. It seems illogical that I could have initially bought a 500 km package for a lower rate of $0.40/km. This policy forces you to either risk overpaying for extra miles or buy a package you might not even use, and they don't offer a refund. A more customer-friendly approach would be to let us purchase a mileage package at the same rate after the trip.

Ultimately, while the RV was wonderful, the company's greedy and inflexible pricing policies soured our experience.

Excellent vehicle, very courteous and helpful service, extremely kind and efficient in moving our booking that we had to change due to a flight strike. Unfortunately we had made the reservation through an intermediary, which only created problems. Book directly with Canadream.

The vehicle was impressive, clean and functional. Prior to our collection, a first for a vehicle of this size, the familiarisation videos and documentation were very good. The in-depot team were friendly and helpful. I would be more than happy to book again with Canadream.

Good handover both taking the RV over and handing it back to station in Mirabel. Courteous and efficient staff.

Km charges on top of the quite expensive rental is a bit too much. That’s what cost you the 5th star.

We had pre-ordered a Nespresso machine months in advance, but none were available. The first roll of toilet paper from the basic kit was unfortunately forgotten. The RV's engine was noticeably louder—significantly louder than similar models from CanaDream (probably due to a loose exhaust).

Friendly staff at the reception, clean motorhome with everything included as specified and as necessary. Easy give-back process as well. Certainly to recommend.
What could be specified more clearly is the distance to the Montreal Airport, which appr. a 50min. drive and requires a taxi (or two, depending on the persons and the bags with you).
