It was easy
It was easy, it offers a competative option instead of using big companies campers. Easy to book and navigate the website.
Not a huge deal but the insurance levie, admin fee etc were a little unexpected as there was a big emphasis on "no hidden fees".
Overall really recommend this plant form

Difficulties booking & communications
Once my booking was finalised and I made full payment, I have been unable to get in touch with hirer. Also had a lot of difficulty making the booking - needed help but took 3 days to get in touch with someone at Clamplify. Waited on the phone so long I hung up. Poor customer service in general.

Finding what to book for a desired…
Finding what to book for a desired location was easy as we are a first time user of the site.
However, my verification of identity had me going in circles because of a mismatch or omission of details in my information.
It would be better to have a clear instruction at the beginning that you must enter all details and names that match your legal name as verification will follow against them. eg. Putting in my original name was one I was known by, not my birth certificate name.
verifying stopped the process and I seemed to get caught out even though I changed the details. Had to ring for assistance.

Camping made easy. Even for the novice 🙏
The Hyundai Staria conversion into a camper van was great. The Staria is easy to drive and to park. The fit out was perfect for over night stays in both powered or unpowered camp sites. With powered sites you can enjoy a few more of the little luxuries like electrical stove or the small blender we brought along ourselves. It is ready quick and easy to setup and pack up camp. The design is simple and clever to give you everything you need to enjoy camping. The bed is really comfortable.
We really liked the way Jodie was really personable and took the time to show us though the features of the van and demonstrate how things work. We'll definitely be back

That’s a little tricky at the moment, as at this stage I have only used Camplify to book the rather splendid camper called Miranda for Feb next year.

I wanted to share the prompt and wonderful experience I had with Camplify and my recently cancelled booking. My trip was less than a week away. Today I was notified that my booking was cancelled by the owner due to an unforeseen mechanical issue. He contacted me personally to explain and apologise, which I was grateful for. I was also fully refunded by Camplify the same day which meant I could continue to secure new travel and accommodations that allowed me to attend my Niece's wedding. Thank you Camplify team and owners, great job. I will continue to use this service.
