Great Personal Service
We used Camplify New Zealand when visiting in December/January and found it to be a great way to hire a camper. Camplify UK has not disappointed us. Really simple to book from a great range of campervan/motorhomes. What we have found is that once booked you deal directly with the owner through the safety of the Camplify site. This gives an excellent personal service and very prompt replys to our questions. Hopefully our rental will be as good as our experience has been so far. Tom has been great and we hope we enjoy our adventure in Trooper.

Outback Coyote
First of all Matt is great. Buy that man a beer.
It was all so easy from booking the caravan to organising delivery and setup for the weekend.
The caravan was exactly like in the photos and well equipped for all situations. We had 5 of us in the outback coyote and was very comfortable.

I would prefer a caravan which has NOT had pets inside.…
I would prefer a caravan which has NOT had pets in it. There is a choice if you do want a pet friendly van, but not a way to search for only the vans which are NOT pet friendly. Some of the listing clearly state a fixed cost for set up and a per km cost for delivery which makes it easier to calculate the cost before contacting the owner. It would be helpful if all were listed this way.

Great platform for finding cool campervans
The people running this are awesome and we are sure most van owners are excellent. We had a bad experience with our first van owner (they accepted the booking without answering questions and then were unresponsive and ended up cancelling last minute). The last minute booking we got to make was exemplary - a lovely van and we're so glad we got to find them!

Your site does not use a high-security 4-digit verification step to finalize payments from Europe; consequently, our banks are declining the transaction. We are forced to use PayPal or Google Pay to complete the payment, which carries the risk of our banking data being compromised.

Después de tener un incidente durante el viaje nos ha sido imposible contactar con ellos. 400€ nos costó cambiar los neumáticos de la autocaravana para poder seguir el viaje y después de una semana nadie contesta para ver quién se hace cargo de ese pago. Al teléfono no contestan, los correos electrónicos tampoco… Es como si la plataforma hubiese desaparecido (menos para cobrar, que eso es rápido)

The app is sometimes clunky and not…
The app is sometimes clunky and not user friendly. When you go into the search function and view a van and want to go back to the previous screen of all vans listed, it takes you back to the main search screen again and you have to start all over again. Other than that, happy with the info, contacting the owners and e-mail updates are good.

Harry my Camplify agent was fantastic…
Harry my Camplify agent was fantastic to deal with, very responsive, even out of business hours. Unfortunately the van had a few issues; with heating being insufficient for our trip & not working when below zero. The blinds in the campervan were rattling a lot when driving & the back ones behind the bed would not stay up. There were no blinds supplied for the windscreen or drivers doors, making it even colder with no heating when it got down to -4.5.
They did offer to see if these issues could be addressed but the vans heater was not designed for Alpine temperatures in winter, therefore we had to drive it back taking an extra 2 days out of the trip.
