Some of the hotels were terrible
Some of the hotels were terrible! Mold, broken tiles, rotted trim boards, etc. very disappointing! Most breakfasts, lacked any protein yogurt, eggs, meat, cheese, just bread and juice.
You did a great job with Camino Frances, but disappointed in accommodation and food on Italian camino!

We had a fantasic Camino fron Porto to Santiago de Compostela. We went the Coastal way. CaminoWays arranged everything very nicely. The web site is intuitive and easy. Everything worked from hotel reservations, taxi transfers, breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend them.

Camino ways did a great job planning…
Camino ways did a great job planning our trip. We picked superior rooms , and a couple of our accommodations was not superior, but we enjoyed our trip very much. Our luggage was picked up every morning and always arrived to our destination. I would definitely use Camino ways again .

Nobody to talk to
After I paid the rate I was sot able to get in touch with CaminoWays , I sent a mail with my complains but I was told that there is no solution , when I asked for a meeting they told me that it was not possible .
just after I threat that I would write a terrible estimation I got the chance to talk to a manager that apologise and gave me as bonus a tour in Santiago

Bikes- fantastic way to do Camino
Bikes- fantastic way to do Camino - especially when short on time as we could cover more ground each day, stop off and enjoy the sights abit longer if we needed to. I think head office is in Ireland? so time difference was abit tricky when we needed some advice late one day, but generally had no worries with assistance and communications. Thanks CaminoWays

What an amazing experience!
We appreciate the accommodations in the hotels booked by your company. However, we did not like sleeping in the same hotel twice and being taxied back to the previous hotel and taxied back to where we ended walking the day before. We found this inconvenient. We would have loved staying in different hotels each night of our 7-day Camino Walk.
It would have been helpful if CaminoWays provided a Camino walk map from each town. But overall, the hike was enjoyable and full of interesting sights.

We understand that staying in the same hotel twice and taking taxis between stages felt inconvenient. On some stretches, accommodation is limited in the smaller villages, especially in busy months, so a transfer is sometimes the best way to keep you in comfortable hotels. Our trip was great
Our trip was great, Camino ways was great except for the last 3 stages. We rode e bikes from Leon to Santiago over 8 days ... we wanted to do about 35 Km a day but were booked in at hotels that were 45Km the last 3 days. We were able to do them but took away from enjoying the sights. We plan on booking the first half of the Camino next year but will make sure of the lodging locations as far as distance traveled each day.
