We’re sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations.
When you contacted us, we explained that the top part was redesigned in 2025 so it no longer fits earlier versions, as noted on our website and proposed two solutions, but we didn’t receive an answer to either.
The refund offer still stands. Just reply to our email and we’ll take care of it right away.

Problems with our zippers are not something we typically hear about, so we would very much like to look into what happened here. Lovely products, extremely disappointing customer service
I really like Cam Cam Copenhagen’s products, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
I returned part of my order on 21 July and, as of 2 October, I still haven’t received my refund. After contacting customer service, I was told on 18 August that the refund would be processed that day due to delays caused by the summer holidays. I was also told refunds take 1–2 business days.
It’s now over six weeks later, and still nothing.
For a brand of this level, this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I genuinely loved the brand, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust and makes me reconsider purchasing or recommending Cam Cam Copenhagen in the future.

We have looked into what happened: your refund was initiated in August, but due to a technical issue it was never completed, and unfortunately we did not catch it. That is on us, and you should not have had to chase us for it.
We have now issued the refund again. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days before it shows on your account.

Jeg er efterfølgende blevet kontaktet af firmaet og pakken er sendt retur uden ekstra omkostninger for mig så selvom det har taget lang tid har jeg til sidst fået en god service. Jeg retter derfor 3 stjerner.
