Easy and headache free.
Super handy in a pinch. Was a few dollars short of having the full amount for my cellphone refill and due to weather was unable to go to a bank. This site saved me, and I was back on within minutes.

Poor customer service.
I couldn't understand the customer representative. He asked me the same question 6 times!!!!! I still don't have my refund because he claimed he couldn't understand me. Same problem with another customer representative. She passed me off claiming she didn't handle that department. Next person was not nice at all

I will never go back to my company's website to purchase My prepaid calling cards again! By purchasing them through calling mark I do not have to pay fees And taxes Plus I get a little off! Our family uses three different providers And I can take care of them all at 1 time.
