Failed auto reload and system lost my account

Set up an auto-reload for my pageplus pins every 4 months. The first two worked and I was charged correctly, but the third time didn't. When I realized it, I tried to log into callingmart to check my account and it said my credentials were incorrect. I tried to set up a new pw and it said my email wasn't recognized and there was no account associated with it. What's that about? I've used the same email for years when I'd purchase something from callingmart. I tried calling customer service and waited over an hour on hold before I hung up. Forget it. BAD COMMUNICATION and BAD SYSTEMS in place. I'm finding another service.

Selling Bad Codes + Failure to Communicate

Ordered 6 monthly refill pins. 2 worked, the other 4 did not. Attempted to call, and line does not even connect (despite claim of 24/7 service). Sent in Online Form, received receipt, never contacted again. Called again 2 weeks later, customer service rep knew nothing about complaint, resent receipt. Now dealing with same issue a month since with no response, and their customer service line cuts off after 50 seconds (exact) of hold jingle. Having to demand reimbursement now from credit card company as merchant sold faulty merchandise and is not communicating to resolve issue. Would recommend purchasing else where. Sad that this occurred after a year of appropriate transactions.

Purchasing from them is a crap shoot

I have been using callingmart for 10 years for my Verizon unlimited PINs. Since the beginning of the year I have attempted several purchases from them. They process my order but afterward I receive an email stating that they do not have any PINs. EH? I don't understand how they can process an order but not have any Verizon PINs in stock! Then I have to call them and cancel the order and make sure the charge did not go through on my credit card. Also, calling them and asking if they have any Verizon PINs in different denominations was a waste of time. They told me they have no way of knowing what they have in stock. What??? This issue repeated for several months with different denominations before I finally gave up and stopped purchasing from them. Going through the process was a crap shoot because you may get a PIN or you may not...

All Good Things Must Come to an End

I've been using Callinmart since 2007. Only received one bad digital card in all these years.

This is the 2nd month in a row where my order doesn't go through. Money taken, then refunded days later. I will now pay Verizon directly. It was great while it lasted - saved me a lot of $ over the past 15 years.

I use their website and I signup for Auto pay(since 2016) , but when the due date of my auto refill they failed to keep my account active than when I called the horrible costumer service they said they cancel the transaction with no further explanation and no apology. never again loser

Stay away from this company - Broken Website

Stay away from this company, Callingmert. Their website is broken all the time. They will take your money, put a hold on it, then they will send you an email stating that your card is out of stock and will take a week to release a hold on your money. This happened to me 3-4 times already. Their website is broken 9.8 times out of 10.

Unacceptable/terrible cust service

Finally spoke with a rep, 25min in, who found the two transactions, verified payment records, said she was cancelling the first and then said she didn't know how long it would take to post for sure because metropcs/T-Mobile was having issues processing. When I brought up the "100% satisfaction guaranteed", "posts to account within no less than 15min", "coupon code would apply at check out", she just put me on mute for another 10min, before hanging up. Expect all of this posted on every review site I can find.

What an absolute joke & not a funny one either.

I bought a Verizon data card which the site said would be emailed to me immediately. However, once I set the account up & actually paid for the card then it says sorry, we're going to hold it for a manual authentication & "Customer Service" would contact me shortly. The next afternoon I called the "CS" number and tried to talk with a person that I couldn't understand. Next I emailed them asking about my card & another person called immediately. I really couldn't understand her either & she got upset because of it but I understood enough of it to hear that they would email my pin within 3 minutes of the end of our conversation. Of course this never happened. Typical foreign "Customer Service" department. Tell you anything you want to hear in order to get rid of you.
There are lots of other places that sell the same stuff, at the same prices without all the aggravation & lies. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY from these a$$holes! Oh, and also....BITE ME......

Their Intervention Helped Us Out

I got problem with my mobile provider about two weeks ago with my monthly plan recharge, i was frustrated but their intervention helped me out. Thanks a bunch guys for being a lifesaver

Rip off

I bought what was supposed to be an unlimited talk and text, 3gb H20 card from them. And after all the b*llshit of verifying my address, and not getting the email with my pin in it until I emailed them twice about it, I logged on to H20 to use the pin I got and all my data was gone but 500 mb! I called customer service to get it fixed and they said that there's nothing they could do. Callingmart bought a $35, 500mb card and advertised it as the unlimited talk and text, 3gb card. Now I'm f*cked out of all my data until next month.

We called H20 Customer Service and they confirmed that this PIN: 086030192569938 is a $35 monthly plan that offers 500mb of data at 4G LTE speed and unlimited data at a slower speed thereafter. We suggest that you contact H2O directly regarding the data issue that you encountered as they have full access to your H2O account. As a third party reseller, we can only verify PIN status. The PIN that you purchased from us is exactly the same with what H2O offers.

I enjoy transaction with calling mart, they are trustworthy and treat customers nicely. I got problem with my mobile provider about two weeks ago with my monthly plan recharge, i was frustrated but their intervention helped me out. In fact i appreciate that costumer representative, i don't want to call her name but she really did a great job.
