Great service
Really good price, excellent delivery time and we'll packaged. I've received several emails with offers detailing good deals with the company since the purchase so all is good. I bought some snow foam for the car and its a lot better than the previous product I used plus its cheaper so I'm very happy.

Hi Clive,
Sorry about this, you absolutely shouldn’t still be chasing items from an order placed on 17th December. That’s not acceptable, and I understand why you’re frustrated.
Please email us at support@cadetailing.co.uk with your order number and confirm what you’re missing.
As soon as we receive it, we’ll get this resolved immediately.
Thanks for raising it, and again, apologies for the inconvenience.
Many Thanks

Dreadful!
Purchased an item for my husband for Christmas but the wrong item was sent. Have emailed several times and keep getting the same automated reply. No phone number available so unable to call. Would not recommend this company at all.

Hi Karen,
We're really sorry about this, especially as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
Please email us directly at support@cadetailing.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item you received and the label/packing slip if you still have it, and we’ll get this resolved properly. As soon as we have that, we’ll arrange the quickest option to make it right.
Thank you for flagging this, we’ll make sure a team member picks it up and sees it through.
Many Thanks
