CA Detailing Omdömen

Great company to deal with. Prompt attention, fast delivery and products always in stock. What more could I ask for?

Disappointing to say the least - poor customer service. Ordered the item from them through TikTok. The item arrived damaged, contents had leaked everywhere and all over the back of the Royal Mail van apparently when I spoke to them the next day.

I emailed CA Detailing with images of the product the same day, I messaged them on TikTok too, no response to any of the methods of contact.

Very annoying and frustrating as I paid £32’ish pounds for this item and I have nothing but a white container with about 2ltrs of fluid left rather than the 5ltrs I ordered.

Top notch company. This is my second order from these guys and from the quality and pricing of their products, the ease of ordering through their website to the fast delivery and updates, they provide a first class service.

I ordered some items and decided to exchange one item for another with a price difference of £0.49 which they sent an invoice for. I get that it's more expensive but I already ordered over £70 worth of items and thought they'd just ship it. This wasn't the best experience but since they replied so quick and changed the order since it hadn't shipped by then (fairly quick delivery by the way) I'd give them five stars and would shop here again. Cheap prices for lots of items too, would recommend.

Competitive prices and super quick dispatch/delivery. Would recommend

I bought a new flexible hose for my Karcher via their TikTok shop. Delivery was quicker than estimated and the hose is perfect for what I need it for. I will definitely use them again.

Ca detailing are 10/10 .
They have a wide variety of products and they know what to sell.
They did make a mistake but it was fixed quickly and professionally (mistakes always happen in life)
I will continue using CA detailing to supply my detailing supply as they are 10/10

Good range of products and very quick delivery. I'm a huge fan of Bilt Hamber chemicals and CA Detailing has a good stock of these at good prices. Really cant fault the ordering and delivery at all. Thanks again guys! 😊

Great service from CA detailing. Prices were good, everything arrived as expected and all products were of good quality, including a couple of CA Detailing branded items. Delivery was quick which was great as ordered between Christmas and New Years. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
