Poor experience
My order very quickly had a postage label created, but for 6 days it was not actually passed to Royal Mail. After contacting the company multiple times I eventually got a reply to save that a particular product was out of stock so the order was on hold.
I requested that the order by cancelled after reading other reviews here, and have been told that the cancellation was processed. 16 hours later the order is still showing as "confirmed".

Since placing my original review I have been contacted by the company and the refund has been processed.
There was something strange about the process - the order wasn't updated as refunded until the very last minute, and the line items were actually zeroed out at one stage. Very odd for a Shopify account.
I can't say I have much faith in their back end processes, but at least I was not ghosted and forced to do a card chargeback.
