Great experience, will use again
Ordered some Bilt Hamber products from CA Detailing due to having the best price and checking TP reviews first. I wasn't disappointed, very quick delivery and very well packaged - box was well padded and bottles sealed with tape. Impressed with the professionalism and highly recommend.

Highly recommend !!
Attractive website which was easy to navigate. I was after a new snow foam cannon for our pressure washer. CA Detailing had all the info I needed to buy one and be confident it would fit.
Fits perfectly. Tried it out and it's the best we've had. Easy to use and super effective at covering the car. Really well made and clearly built to last.
Despatched my order within an hour or so, making delivery incredibly fast. There was an offer code to use on the website as well that saved me a little money....fantastic service, I would highly recommend this company.

Wouldn’t recommend this company
I ordered on the 13/2/26 with Royal Mail 48hr delivery and I still haven’t received the item and it’s now 23/2/26. I have emailed, spoken on the live chat and messaged on social media and have had no response! This is absolutely ridiculous as they’ve had my money and I haven’t got my order. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Svar från CA Detailing
Hi Lauren, I am Samir from CA Detailing Team,
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Waiting this long for your order, especially after selecting Royal Mail 48hr delivery, and then not receiving a response from us is not the level of service we aim to provide.
This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have, and we’d really like the opportunity to look into this properly and put things right for you. Please send us a direct message with your order number or full name so we can investigate this as a priority and work towards a resolution.
Thanks
Samir - CA Detailing Team

New to detailing
Having just started my own detailing business, I decided to go down the Gyeon route to start with, I then realised that the CA detailing brands where just as good. I get fast delivery and a great price. What more do you need?
