Superb customer service from Slims. Had queries pre-order which were answered promptly and once I placed my order, it was all delivered exactly on time and as expected. Shout out to Asher for all your great help.

Great group of guys. Pleasure to meet and work with. Recommended by me for sure.

Poor customer service. Order arrived without a trigger spray which obviously makes the product unusable. I’ve emailed twice now with no response.
Just emailed again.
Definitely can’t recommend Slims. Will spend my money elsewhere next time.
Only thing I can say is order arrived quickly but as I say I can’t actually use the product.

Quite simply I placed an order through the Slim Detailing website, they took my money but have never delivered the goods. In my book that is obtaining money by deception. I have left three messages for them to contact me back, and one email for a Ebony Jackson (Customer service) asking her to either contact me via my mobile or email for this issue to resolved as of today 21.4.25 no contact has been made, disgraceful and a total lack of common decency. Companies build their businesses on good customer service and this company doesn't have any, which is reflected in past reviews. I'll now be approaching my bank to get a chargeback and won't ever deal with this company again.

The day after placing the review customer service contacted me via email and promised to refund my money.

Always has a great selection and maintains good stock. The free delivery threshold is a bit high and they don't stock any Gyeon products but that is my only complaint.

Well the manager that works Thursdays was very rude and told us to get out as we tried to write a review for a milkshake as per advertised

Scammers , nothing received totally unprofessional communication . AVOID like the plague BEWARE!!!!!

Spent £140 on slims website with a spring offer of 10% off plus if you spend over £30 you qualify for free bottle of auto finesse citrus power. Well they haven’t said what you have to spend the £30 on, but after I’ve received my parcel and noticed that it wasn’t included I got in touch with slims for them to say that I haven’t spent £30 on the auto finesse brand which wasn’t stated in the terms and conditions. First time customer, self employed mobile car valeter and I don’t think I’ll be spending my money with them again. Avoid if you can, it will save you hassle and confusion.

first time customer with Slims, got the 3M gelcoat cut/polish product as was c £12 cheaper than local sailing chandlery shops.

Ordered 1pm Monday and just delivered 1030am Tuesday. well packaged - will buy from Slims again.

I've used slims alot, I love their great variety of products and expertise... But whats going on with the more regular lines?

They are, and appear to have been some time, significantly more expensive than Halfords... Some AG products are 60% more expensive.

I like slims customer service and great delivery, but these vast price discrepancies are very odd.

I ordered a windscreen polish, as nothing else has worked on the gunk on the car windscreen, caused by the last hurricane. I ordered it online in the afternoon and it arrived FedEx the next day - very well packaged. As the sun was shining on the windscreen, I was able to get on and use it that day which was very useful. Both the supplier and product - EXCELLENT.

Had trouble getting bits to make a foam cannon and stubby gun tk work with my new Karcher Pro5/12. I spoke to a couple of real ones on the phone and they sorted me right out with no fuss and even did me a solid favour. Among a bunch of obermarketed detailing suppliers slim’s is a great co to deal with.

I ve used slims Detailing for a while now great product s but shocking delivery service 🤬
Again I placed an order clearly stating please leave in porch if no one home and APC called but never left my parcel.
So fed up with this rubbish I won’t be using slims ever again!

Been going to halfords to buy all my car detailing products but was recommended Slims Detailing but my nephew. Will never go back to Halfords again as Slims Detailing was fantastic. Chap behind the counter, never got his name, was great with great knowledge of all the products they sell. Saved me pounds on better products. Will be going there for all my gear from now on. Thanks to all at Slims Detailing.

Got exactly what I ordered and it was well packaged. Even got a free sample product to try.

Great experience. Product (Rupes Bigfoot LHR75e kit) delivered on time via APC (also very good). Few extra goodies tucked in from Slims too which I wasn’t expecting - nice touch, thank you. Would recommend.

I’ve ordered from slims several time and in fact have given them a great reviews however my last order contained 5L of Malco RUT tire dressings gloss £33.59.
I tried it several times but instead of a gloss finish it dried Matt even as directed by slims customer service to multi coat it.
But That’s where they left it no further explanation or send it back for replacement just multi coat it irrespective of that hadn’t worked.
I won’t order from them again and would urge people not to.

Phoned about my delivery and this person in my opinion went above and beyond what any customer services person has ever done for me.. if the whole company is as helpful as sue/Susan.. this company will go on forever.. my order was getting later and later so I phoned slims at 4.45 on a Friday afternoon.. my call was answered and they said they were going to phone the delivery company.. I never expected 1 call back nevermind 2 to tell me the parcel would be delivered late Friday evening.. I got my parcel on the day that I'd asked for the delivery.. thank you so much
