Great quality products and excellent customer service!!
I have ordered many items including personalized blankets, swaddles, car seat covers and newborn gowns. All great quality!!

I didn't order...I was ready to but checked with recent online internet reviews and discovered that over 21% of buyers stated "do not buy". There is no functional return policy. I'm out.

I bought a personalized bunny blanket and I was unsure if I had put the correct name and the Caiden Lane went above and beyond to make sure that they can confirm my order was correct. Fast reply and it truly made me feel important. Thank you so much again!

I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size and emailed and heard back within ~15 minutes and the issue was resolved and my order updated. the support staff quickly resolved the problem. i was sent a personalized bib with the wrong name on it. They are quickly making me the correct one. mistakes happen and they are resolving the issue.
