The item ordered wasn’t available. Customer service got in touch with straight away and I ordered a different item. Although disappointed the original item wasn’t available., I ordered a dress in its place and am very happy with it.

Boots are lovely
Boots are lovely. Only note is I wish I could find sizing for the calves displayed on the website, especially for the extra wide calves, it would be useful to know if they'd fit beforehand.

Misleading
Website does not mention clothes come from China. Delivery was slower than expected (not a huge problem in this instance). Quality was poor, dress was white not cream as in photo, it was see through poor quality fabric. Returns are to China, I was offered options such as store credit but if I had known before ordering that this was clothes being sourced from China I would never have ordered at all.

I ordered 2 dresses but they came up quite small so I would recommend ordering a size bigger than normal
